I totally hope is not off this season, I just don't want to listen to excuses being made for him for the whole season if he is. Not many players get this much time to return to how they played over a season ago...

That is kinda what I was thinking... when people blamed Nichols for bad throws last year, some people put the blame on the quality of receivers the Bombers were using. And from what I am reading the quality of our receivers has increased. So less blame there this season I would expect.

I wonder how many bad throws by Nichols to Mathews deep, before the fans start chanting for Big Chris.

If Big Chris is the starter by game 6 I hope it is because of his play, and not Nichols getting injured.

My Charles Roberts experience came when I ran in to him leaving polo park one day. I wish I could remember the exact game that weekend but I can't. Anyways, I was with my son who was around ten at the time... we had watched the Bombers lose the day before. My son was carrying several bomber player cards so I immmediatley turned to my son and said, " there he is, ask him"... ... of course meaning you ask for the autograph for your card. Charles gave us the dirtiest looks before my son could even ask, then Charles mumbled some other garbage and stormed past us. I wish I could remember the exact game, cause I think he sucked in it and obviously thought that's what we were gonna ask..... either way though, Me and my son were happy when he finally hit the road. To this day he likes Sellers wayyyyy more.....and for the NFL he is a redskins fan to this day.

I am more curious about how much interest the soccer team is going to generate in the stadium. Are there any threads about that around?..... sorry I been gone awhile.

Still going hard on the sleds way up here.....but that will all change soon as I bought a home north east of Winnipeg... I will be able to see more Bomber games this summer and still go sledding next winter ....

The bigger a sense of humour a person has, the more jokes they will get. It is something that a person can work on as well, so it's all good.

Pretty close but not quite.... a day by sled we can get there. But soon I will be closer to you all...... cheering for the Bombers ! Life is good.

A note for Bomber attendance, I am in the process of purchasing a home that is 8 hours closer to the peg. So I will be able to attend more games this season, as well as encourage more of my family to attend with me...... it may not pay for a top tier recievers salary....but it's a start ! I can't wait ! GO BOMBERS !
