Nichols first series of the regular season will tell all..... he marches to an easy TD we win the cup...... he throws it into the dirt, into the stands, an starts waiting for Harris to do it all..... then we are done yet again.

If our O-line gets weaker I hope Matty got faster.

With the way Harris was looking at Nichols by the end of their last game together, I don't think players would be opposed to playing with a more consistent QB.

Or Dom is ready for his break out year..... Dom vs Matt in the grey cup......that would be fun around here lol

He watched Nichols all last season so he knows who and what he is trying get past..... maybe that is why he is so calm cool and collected (?)

Just for the record person "A" was not just acting in a role.....they were doing the work and making the decisions as they needed to be made. Person "B" had zero knowledge about the work required, and had no qualifications within the job field. But yes person "B" was a feeble manager who was moved sideways. Within this company as well they have promoted females to a "safety supervisor" role, and one of the females did bring up the pay equity issue as she was being paid less than her male counterparts doing the same job. I know this as fact as I was able to follow this story first hand ...... but she ended up leaving the company and the issue was dropped after that.

Would it be considered a pay gap if a female employee after doing her HR job for years.....was told one day that the company was creating another job which would be above her, the male getting this job was going to transfer to the HR department and would become her boss, but she had to train the male for this position because he doesn't know anything about the HR department. And yes the male was making more money than the female through all of this process. This actually happened to somebody very close to me. Is it a form of the perceived pay gap ?

Lol.... Yankees have spent a lot ...and won a lot. But really all I was talking about was not worrying so much about being a little over the cap this season....especially if it resulted in a cup. a little dramatic there goalie lol

Hmmm.... I know the company liked me....and I did piss the union off more than once, even though they would hound me to get more involved in the union.....so I'm not sure who 'needed' me more..... once a company is over 2000 people, I think we all just become a number to both sides. And no, any woman that made it underground made the same as the guys if they did their work. I will say though that my wife worked her way up in the company on the staff side, and by the end she was making more than I was once I stopped mining and went back to surface work.

We got bonus as well working underground which was outside the CBA and not available to surface workers. An the harder/smarter you worked the more money you could make.

Honestly I don't give a Ratz azz.... I just stuck with the union gig cause I knew at 50 years of age I could do what I want while collecting a monthly pension along with some very good benefits.

Unions are continually working towards equal, better, and fair wages for all.........

If there ever was a season to not worry about this cap stuff....and just go get a cup is this not it ?....... are the penalties worse than winning the cup finally ? Jus wondering lol.
