Does the fact it was a dirty hit mean anything ?

I read where sports writers are writing things about comparing him to NFL QB's who are all ready in the NFL...... and then lots of interweb people discussing if he would get a shot in the NFL.... all I could think while reading it all was..... but isn't Nichols the better QB, why isn't he getting the attention like that ?

Big Chris has been bringing the excitement since his first snap as a bomber....

Maas interviewing for OC in Regina....... if he got the job I think it could be very entertaining next year lol..... I picture fajardo cowering head hanging while the spit from Maas yelling showers him....

I don't think people ever really know a whole story about players and their life situations.

Speaking of rod black......does anybody know anything about how long his contract is....or if it is up ?

There were times when Matty never completed a play in the past, and it was clearly visible the intended target(s) were frustrated in Matty as that is right where they were looking while they scowled.... others here posted about it when it happened. edited to say....its funny cause I got booted for saying what turned out to be fact.

During the whole playoff run and most of the last regular season games you could see it in the players body language... they knew they had not 1.... but now 2 leaders at QB and they all stood up and did what it took.....

Kinda like the buffalo bills are known for...

The whole team was more pumped with Collaros/Streveler as the QB's .....you could tell they weren't going to give up with Big Chris running over people all over the place....., and you could tell the receivers were running harder knowing that Collaros could extend plays longer than Nichols, thus giving them all more opportunities for a reception.

It appears that is exactly what happened.

It will be more toxic in here next year if Nichols ends the season with a 1 - 4 lifetime record in the playoffs.

He won because he was a member of the team..... Edited it to say what I meant to say..

He has been given credit for being a part of the team as it got better. His flaws will keep him from ever playing in a final and winning a cup.

Was hufnagel available to play in the grey cup in 84' ?

It's irrelevant......Nichols did not finish the season, for whatever reason...... Collaros kinda did lol.....

Mr O'Shea deserves a crack at back to back grey cups as a coach........ I am happy his opportunity is now. His call.

Nichols played a bit the first half of the season....then he couldn't play, and then the Bombers won some more. Then they won the cup without him even dressing for the game.....That is the story line on him last season, nothing more to add.
