I have been a Bombers fan since the early seventies, my father when he was alive started cheering for them in the sixties. He sounded very bitter, I assumed he was bitter cause I thought he was one of them really old bomber fans who have trouble with this new social media stuff (hence his "stupid" comment)..... so I thought he was bitter from the long Bomber grey cup drought and made my comment.

What ? The bandit is really a riders fan......shoot, my mistake ...... but oh my he/she is gonna be even more sour around here in a few weeks.

Oh they try and pull that shtick on us, yes the wife I speak of is my wife, her brother was a rider fan as he chose to reside in Regina years ago and marry a girl from Melville.....he sadly passed away but the rest of the family naturally remain loyal to the riders. And they text constantly during the season about their riders. They try and lure us into being rider fans, but they know it will never happen.

Thank you know who that I don't live with them.....the wife is a bomber fan and does not support her relatives in saskatchewan for cheering green . Lol.

I have said since I joined here that I don't feel Nichols will be the QB that gets the Bombers that elusive grey cup win........ but in the same posts I have also stated that I will cheer for him every time he starts, I will back him when other fans/friends get in my face about the Bombers. I want a bomber grey cup victory. All this is just my opinion, and is still exactly the same. So sorry if I myself, don't see the "backpeddling" .
