Bombers are best in the CFL in punt and kick return avg yards. I have no idea if all qbs play better in a dome, I just know Zach has played extremely well in BC Place and that would have an impact on his psychology, his outlook for Grey Cup, especially because, historically, he has been just average in chilly conditions.

I respectfully disagree. How he plays in some conditions bears relevance.

At BC Place, the site of this year’s Grey Cup Zach Collaros is a career 5-1, with 12 TDs to 4 INTs, averages 321 passing yards, a completion percentage of 71%, and has a QB rating of 111.74. Pretty gaudy numbers in the dome.

I think this is fair. Darrin knows football but he doesn’t pretend to know the deep X’s and O’s stuff. Tait barely comments on X’s and O’s.

I don’t think it’s RPO most of the time. From what I’ve seen it’s a lack of called run plays. If the other team is stacking the box I don’t mind it so much, so long as there’s a good repertoire of short passes counter d line pressure. Then once the backers and secondary creep up to the line, you can stretch the field on double moves.

I’ll admit, playing the Riders worries me. What the Bombers can do is exploit their pass defence, which has been poor. Only issue is that Zach has not been effective in the playoffs. He’ll need to buck that trend.
