  1. B.C. is not the model of success since Mike Reilly.
  2. Sorry this still kills me. And I know its apples to oranges but the god damn Eagles are in the super bowl with the best rb this year. Everyone knows they're gonna run, and yet they do it anyway and win. We had the best God damn rb in the league and rather than just say we win or lose, feed him, the excuse was "they'll just jam the box". Well ******* let them. Better that than asking a qb to do something he's never done while injured Okay... I needed that off my chest.
  3. The Sun? The same ass wipe of a paper that kept track how many days Troy Westwood was locked out of camp way back when? No thanks. Friesen is an ass clown on the best of days.
  4. Wait wasn't he going to Saskatchewan? I thought Uncle Cleetus from Weyburn had some insider info on Facebook.
  5. Week 1 and week 6 bye. This league is just pathetic. How does that make any sense.
  6. Listening to Oshea talk about Bighill on CJOB today wasn't harsh but didn't sound positive about them wanting to keep him around. Maybe I was hearing what I wanted to hear but it wasn't him gushing about signing him and more about a dialog in the future.
  7. Give him something besides a warm body on the line to work with would be nice.
  8. Wait wasn't he upset and shopping around?
  9. Subway Napkins of guys he thinks are good?
  10. Just finished reading the same article. The cracks are showing that I'm sure have been starting in the locker room. Oshea is stuck with his old guys he's loyal too at a detriment to our team. Great examples from Hamilton on Leggihio, the fiasco with Schoen and Biggie and now Collaros. This feels like the last hurrah.
  11. Back in the old stadium you could usually find me in section K with a blindfold on by the end. Usually needed it during those years.
  12. Sounds like my pregame... let's ******* go.
  13. See the Forde Brothers game as a prime example.
  14. I dunno the blue outfit is legit. I'm fine with it. I don't give a **** if they wore the old Puma ones just win baby.
  15. **** the Riders.... that is all
  16. I'm going to go out on a limb and trust the guys who know what they are doing, set us up for a massive win streak and saw that the defensive lineup we had against Montreal wasn't cutting it. If the offense scores one or two more tds then fgs we blow this game open. If not it's going to the wire.
  17. Bob Dyce looks confused on how football goes and makes some real strange plays. What the heck was the point of the kick before half. Momentum swing.
  18. Randy Ambroise moved the playoff games to Saturday. That's all I can say about him positively. Everything else from his bumbling of Covid and asking obscene amounts of bailout money with 0 plan, the global expansion crap and the XFL flop was pathetic.
  19. Can someone explain to me why we didn't stop running a 3 man front the whole game?
  20. I love/hate the anxiety of big games like this.
  21. Play for the Argos... that's about it.
  22. The Bombers were practising on the Friday of their bye week… The CFL rules at this time of year allow Mike O'Shea to keep his players relatively busy even during a bye, and the head coach has done just that. Instead of dispersing across the continent for a short vacation, players combined some work with some play. The play included team bonding: Position groups going out for dinner on Thursday, with a full team bowling outing scheduled for Friday night. The work included hitting the field for practice before hitting the lanes. The goal is to take down that last pin still standing - first place in the West Division - and get rolling into the playoffs. "I want to go and earn it," running back Brady Oliveira said. "I want to earn the right to host the West Final again, and not putting it into anyone else's hands." That chance comes in Montreal a week from Saturday. Win or tie, and the Bombers finish in first place. Lose in Montreal, and they have to hope Saskatchewan loses or ties at home to last-place Calgary later that same night. "We never want somebody else taking care of our business," Jefferson said. "We want to take care of our business. Should have done it last week. Played a good Toronto team... didn't get it done." -Paul Friesen
