Yeah, back then O’Shea was likely forced or feared for his job…. Now? Not at all. And we rarely see changes due to below the line play. I’m not even sure he evaluates players that way…. We had a good practice, guys are running around having a good time out there, mistakes are fixable, yada, yada….

There will be no meaningful changes, so the practice schedule is really irrelevant. It’s not like we’ll be adding in new wrinkles or tweaking some schemes. No need…. The issues are easily fixable. And roster changes? Nope. See above. All good.

And I’m pretty sure O’Shea actually believes what he’s saying…. He’s not just trying to spare his players. I really think he’s halfway delusional…. Maybe all the way.
