    I fear the worst, but maybe they’ll surprise us…. They seemed to find a bit of a groove in the 3rd against Germany. I’m grasping at straws.

    It would be nice to see them beat the Americans, but they will likely get shredded. The Latvians played as well as they possibly could…. The odds of them maintaining that level are slim to none. And there’s bound to be a let down after such a monumental win.

    Canada looked like dogshit and deserved to lose that game, but give Latvia credit, they played well. One of the worst games I’ve ever seen by a Canadian team. Couldn’t connect on passes…. Just incredibly sloppy.

    Hattie for Scheifele. Big win. Early Christmas present for Jets fans.

    Don’t like the way Fleury went down. Jets likely short on D for the 3rd. Couldn’t tell from the replay, but it looked like the Leaf tugged his jersey and he went down awkwardly.

    Tough to get a double minor high sticking penalty when you’re getting hooked and trying to get your stick free and play the puck. I’m not an Appleton fan, but that one is tough.

    Did the Jets forget their mom’s are watching? They’re sleepwalking so far. Really sloppy play. Pick it up boys…. Give the moms something to cheer about. Ask and you shall receive. sweet play by Scheifele and Connor.

    Vegas gets away with a ton of hooking and grabbing. Their one penalty was hooking, but they could easily have 5-6 more…. That were more obvious than the one that was called. So of course the Jets get a late penalty. FFS

    Shoot the damn puck. Vegas does… and scores. Appleton, Kupari and others are passing up shots to make ill advised passes. 3rd and 4th liners can’t be making those mistakes.

    Who knows what the coach can see that we don’t. There could’ve been a number of things he didn’t like…. That hit would’ve certainly been one of them. McAvoy was a real Ahole in that game.

    I’m pretty sure Arniel said in his post game presser that he was pissed off about other things that went on, not specifically the fight.

    Man, the Jets played a hell of a game tonight. They were all over a Bruins team that had been pretty hot…. 4 straight wins and 7 of 9, I think. Well done boys.

    DeMelo just got absolutely chopped in front of our net, but I guess the refs have decided we’ve had enough PPs now. Impossible to miss.

    Is Kupari dinged up? I like to see Gustafsson getting a shot, but Kupari has been playing well. I’d be fine with Appleton taking a night or 2 off.
