I don't doubt this is an attempt by his agent to market his player and create demand / increase his client's pay day but you almost get the sense they are dragging their feet a bit in an effort to buy time and see if an NFL team steps up with an offer .. given Hardaway's track record .. the initial fuss when we drafted Henoc (and him making it very clear about his client's NFL aspirations) .. it might be the case. Who knows. Whomever lands Muamba is going to get a very talented .. impactful player.

Also an example of why you don't hire experienced HC's whose only HC experience is in losing. Robert Kraft might have something to say about that .. his head coach seemed to do alright after his losing skid ..

A lot of the success in the running game had to do with backs making something out of nothing. At the half, Nichols almost had more yards rushing than both Walker and Marshall combined.

I completely understand where you are coming from (and agree to an extent) but the unfortunate reality, this is going to be the cost of acquiring a ratio breaking Canadian. We are a team that starts a NI at MLB, in that context it makes sense to spend and put the best possible NI in that position.

Yeah, I don't get it... basically Willie sits because Longo is in - going with JFG and Kohlert again... Starting Shell at Safety instead of Sherman or Jones seems strange to me as well Longo slides in relatively cleanly, just needed a roster spot, no ratio issue. Just means that both of the scratches to get to 44 will be imports, likely Kearney and Johnson. Veltung is knocking Willie off. Sherman can't cover well enough to take a regular spot in the secondary, Jones is a corner, not a safety. If anything I'd use Simmons at safety a bit. Shell has lost many steps. Leggett is a cornerback too, what's your point. Sherman and Jones are probably the fastest guys on our roster... I'll take a safety with closing speed over Lin-J Shell - if anything he should backup at SAM Veltung and Johnson probably sit... still drives me nuts that Rempel, Cronk AND Pontbriand take up spots on this roster Liking this because it's always struck me as odd seeing 3 FBs rostered on game day ..

I think you're right. I just saw highlights of last night, gronk and brady made the steelers look useless. Glad Wild wasn't on the field for that. Disagree about the Vikings… Bridgewater was under-rated, now, he's overrated. They just lost their centre, their O line is dicey. Offensive coach hasn't won anything since the nineties. The Colts …. what have they done since last season to get better? Luck throws too many Int for them to win. sneaky team…. the Saints. Maybe the forty-niners will be better than expected. Still have a good quarterback, who came within an inch of Super Bowl win. I might follow the Bills, you know the defence will be good, and Rex is entertaining. The inability for the Steelers defense to even line up properly made them look useless .. I mean how do you NOT cover Gronkowski in the red zone. But as long as Gronk's healthy, that duo is going to be tough to beat.
