  1. Another Chevy prospect bag fumble
  2. Now tell her about Brandon Alexander
  3. Looked much better tonight and then the other holes started getting unplugged
  4. You clapping for a critique about people not talking football is wild to me. But hey, let’s turn this shitshow around
  5. If you say so. That’s your opinion brother, I respect you and your contributions and appreciate hearing your thoughts.
  6. You think so, eh? My apologies to you directly because you’re about to catch the brunt of my frustration on this reply and it’s not specifically directed at you so I apologize in advance. I’m tired of this dumbass rhetoric that I appreciate or enjoy seeing this team fail. Just because I don’t unequivocally sing kumbuyah and worship the ground they walk on doesn’t mean I don’t cheer for them and hope for success. You (this is directly at you) can sit there and crow about how amazing you are because you go to games every year all the way from Alberta. Props to you. In 21 years, I’ve missed an amount of home games you can count on one hand, this year will be my 17th Labour Day in a row which will put me down for attending every single one I’ve been allowed to be on the bus for legally, I’ve been to three Grey Cups, the list goes on and on and I’m not less than as a fan just because I don’t suck them off without question. Getting tired of the implication that I enjoy seeing them fail, I ******* hate it. Overall? 0/10 summer thanks to the Bombers. It sucks. I’m just like all of us, I wanna see us smash heads every time we go out on the field. Period.
  7. Shoutout to Brandon Alexander for being the one guy who can make me forget how horrendous Adam Bighill is At this point in his career, BA is too stiff to be called a pylon. Good thing he was able to participate in training camp so we could find that out before games mattered
  8. What happens if we tie Why
  9. I don’t know how to feel about Brady being mad
  10. Bonds should be set it and forget it, Griffin has CFL starts under his belt and Bridges *should* be okay. Not as worried as I’d normally be here. I trust our process in the secondary.
  11. I have nothing to complain about with this. Smith in for Mitchell is good, Griffin coming on instead of McGhee is good (I think they both are meh but Griffin more versatile at least), Woods being added is good. Lots to take in but I think this is the best we could do with what’s available to us
  12. You keep saying this (you said it back in March too) but it seems like what you’re really looking for isn’t a discussion forum, it’s a diary. I looked back through your post history. You haven’t really gotten into it with anyone, you just don’t seem to enjoy being asked to explain your opinion or being told that someone disagrees with you.
  13. TinaandPaul LaPolice has requested to add you as a friend on Facebook.
  14. It’s an interesting email that was used to register, actually
  15. If nothing else, @Atomic gave him the best nickname this community has produced since Kamau Incompleterson
  16. Shows how much you know, I personally think Kramdi is way better than “Booch” gives him credit for. My personal crutch is blaming Bighill for everything. HE STINKS!
  17. Why did you put my name in quotations? That’s literally my name. More generous review than my wife would give
  18. I think most of this is entirely true but BA/Bighill are beyond done.
  19. I appreciate this perspective but I think what’s being glossed over is that the TALENT is what got us there. The primary issue now is that we don’t seem to be valuing talent over everything. Our whole philosophy on how we get to these winning records seems to be slowly going out the window. I know this is going to be a bit of an unfair argument but in the past two years, can anyone name me any coaching decisions that O’Shea has made that benefited us? Or have we mostly just been going at it with a set it and forget it type approach to the game and letting the chips fall where they may? Obviously I don’t mean specific schemes, but have we challenged at a huge moment? Pulled off a fake? Made a midweek roster change that paid dividends? Even the scripted first drive that we used to dominate on seems to have gone by the wayside. It’s become fairly clear to me the players and their talent is what propped us up and O’Shea seems content to let that continue, even though it’s not good enough anymore. Make the adjustments. Make unpopular decisions. Feel the game and coach within it. Where has ANY of that been?
  20. Patrice Rene is a guy I really wish we had not given up on so quickly
  21. The injuries are the biggest concern for me right now, but a home W where Collaros has good protection from the OL and gets 300 yards distributed to our playmakers doesn’t seem too far-fetched, I agree
  22. That’s the biggest concern of all, though. There seems to be a clear divide on the philosophy of the front office vs the philosophy of the head coach
  23. One hundred percent agreed. This wasn’t really in a public context though.
  24. You’re getting consumed by negativity. We pick up other team’s cuts all the time. We did it this year already.
