It's not just for you, you know. Bayley isn't my cup of tea, but she's the favorite wrestler of probably every little girl out there. She's insanely popular with the market she's meant for.
  2. Also ... Chris Rainey at 17 is a bit ridiculous. He's an interesting player, but he's not even prime-Brandon Banks level for what he does. Nice little piece to have. Jennings at 5 seems ridiculously high, I wouldn't have had him in the top 20. Naaman Roosevelt way too low. Abdul Kanneh being unranked is ridiculous, he's probably the best DB in the league. Top 3 at worst. John White quite a bit too far down the list for my liking. Toliver not being on the list is a bit strange too, he's one of the better receivers in the league.
  3. Sorenson ahead of Bond hahahahahaha hahahahahahaha HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
  4. I just don't see a way we don't have Jeffcoat and Johnson in the lineup. It wouldn't make a whole lot of sense.
  5. I can't see a world where we start JT and Hurl without dressing Poop.
  6. Bruce Johnson's hand was in a cast which makes me think he might be out a week? Fogg starts perhaps?
  7. Flanders/Fogg? Medlock, Jeffcoat, Flanders and Fogg as DI?
  8. Washington sounds like he's going to be the guy in week 1, thankfully.
  9. I wonder if it's DiAndre Campbell ... we released him after rookie camp, when I thought he looked pretty decent and I wondered if it was injury related ... he wore #19 in college/NFL ... he'd be about the right size
  10. I'd be surprised, but I suppose it's possible.
  11. I mean, I'm not sure how you don't work to get that information. Our media just doesn't care, I guess.
  12. Noticed that too. Easily a free bet on either side.
  13. Looks like in addition to Blaszko, we added another (unnamed) receiver today as there was a #19 working with the offense. Looks like he's close in height to Blaszko, so 6'3"/6'4"ish.
  14. That would worry me, except ... it's nothing new and we don't play for 11 days. Heal up.
  15. Sorry, worth noting that it's just a guess. Looks tall enough to be him for sure though.
  16. It's Blaszko, I'm guessing? Or did a junior guy stick around?
  17. not enough room for him I suppose
  18. Hearing a few whispers we may be signing Canadian receiver Brett Blaszko, which I'd be all for. EDIT: Penton seems to be hinting at it too.
  19. Wait, they're planning on starting Coleman and Dyakowski? Oh lord.
  20. The other thing is regarding their offense: they have an incredibly talented group of receivers but unless McAdoo all of a sudden wakes up and realizes he needs to run the football as well AND they all of a sudden have a threat at that position ... you're not going to see them being effective.
  21. Their defensive backs are Ed Gainey, Jeff Hecht, Tevaughn Campbell, Mike Dubuisson, Erick Dargan, Mike Edem, Chris Lyles, Kacy Rodgers and Sam Williams. That's nine guys, with a grand total of zero that would crack our roster. Between Lyles, Dargan and Williams, maybe there's an unknown commodity in there that can impress but really - that's not going to do much for them in the first few weeks of the year. That alone is going to sink them, especially when they can't generate pressure up the middle because they struck out on finding an impact DT and are likely looking at starting some combination of Mrabure, Gaydosh, Minter and Steele in the middle. Good luck.
  22. Just basing that off who's on the roster right now. We literally don't have another Canadian on there at this moment.
  23. Not a big John Hodge guy, for most of the reasons already mentioned. Tries very much too hard and he's overly critical about the most minute of details, which irritates me because he's also not very up on the more minute details of the CFL. Nothing bugs me more than when a blogger portrays themselves as an expert and then passes along inaccurate or vague information. Blurbs like this ... ... are just irresponsible to put in an article, considering there's literally no risk at all and anyone who understands the league at a level they should require to be writing about it would understand that. ... this kind of thing also bothers me, because there's nothing players dislike more than when people speculate about their well-being and again, if you're going to be a "writer", you should know this. It's also just stupid to gauge a player's well-being based on the "severity" of a limp immediately after an injury. ... and for the most part, I find he just doesn't really know what he's talking about.
