Even Tait is slipping this year. So is Irving. They've both been near awful with coverage so far in camp which has never been the case before.

You sure do have strange opinions. Neufeld also isn't the 2nd or 3rd highest paid guy on our OL. Probably the 4th, which makes sense.

Lawless saying Chungh and Daniels are really pushing Neufeld and Dile for the right side. If Chungh could go at guard this year, I'd be happy to cut bait with Neufeld and use that savings elsewhere. I get that he's a utility guy, so maybe you offer to 6 game him so he doesn't count against the cap?

If he wants to make the effort to try and get this going, good for him. But I can't fathom how this would ever work. All it takes is one team to say no and the whole thing is pointless.

Corey Holmes ... he was out partying the night before and some posters at OB bumped into him and tried to get him absolutely loaded - said he staggered out of there in a state that had them convinced he'd be a bust in the game. I don't think anyone here owes anyone an explanation for why they're not providing camp updates. I'm not suggesting they do. I've noticed a big difference this year in the number of folks sharing the TC experience around here, so I'm wondering why... Sideline access instead of stadium? Folks not wanting to take the heat for their opinions around here? No one going to camp? Folks lost interest in the Bombers? Relying on what the Bombers and the local media give us is good enough for most? Something else? Weather has been pretty mediocre so could just be a matter of nobody attending. I'm planning on going this weekend, so I'll see what the view is like.

For example ... Stanley Bryant sitting out practice today. Okay. Who took his spot? Who is lining up with the first team as safety with Leggett sitting? He's only been sitting out pretty much the entirety of camp, but I have yet to hear who filled the spot.

I'm not expecting any definitive statements or anybody to be telling me who is going to make the club at this point, but it'd be nice to know who is working with the first team, who is playing where, etc.

I'm starting to see what the people who were bothered by the lack of coverage were saying. Knowing who is injured is great and all but what about ... oh, I dunno ... anything else?

It's been three days. Not sure what you expect. any good or bad performance by now can be chalked up to good days or bad days. You can't get a sense of a pattern after day 3.

For the most part, the media I've asked like Mike O'Shea. Oddly enough, they seem to be the ones who write the more football oriented pieces. I think it says a lot about the people who complain about what O'Shea says in public that they'd prefer he reveal every bit of information they feel they are entitled to as fans as opposed to doing what he feels is best to give his team the best chance to win.

*sigh* Didn't think we'd have to explain this to some people, but there's somebody who likes to register for this forum and past versions of a Blue Bomber fan forum once a year or so and post things meant entirely to stir the pot. He's not actually attending practices, the stuff he's sharing is absolutely 100% fictional with a bit of truth he's pulled from other reports just to legitimize his claims and he's not actually a football scout or something with a background like he claims to be, he's just careful in how he crafts his messages in order to deceive whoever he can. This was just his latest attempt and besides the Tuscaloosa account, he also registered a few others in the past day or so to try and continue stirring the pot. I know some of you think it's funny, some of you think it's entertainment but it's a major headache for us to do clean up on everything involved.

I won't flame you, I'll just ask why you care so much. Their ailments are none of your business and a lot of the teams have adopted a "say nothing" approach because some injuries (or reasons they have to sit out) are personal and when they reveal details of some, but not others, it's easy to cherry pick who might have hemorrhoids or a herpes outbreak instead of just an ankle sprain. But seriously - who the hell cares what a guy has that is bothering him.

that's not good... 9 injuries already in the 3rd day of TC. Could be a lot worse. Don't forget, we have almost 80 guys practicing. Besides, most of these injuries are minor and one of them isn't even an injury, it's a player stash to prevent the club from being over the limit.
