  1. Combined blowout loss, and back to back games will have that affect on attendance. It's like a restaurant where you had poor service; how quick would you be to return?
  2. The Edmonton game next week is the first of 2 fan trips this season. Check this out as an option: http://www.bluebombers.com/2015-bomber-fan-trips
  3. The previous 2 games have miraculously showed up on YouTube but it usually takes a couple of days and someone very kindly to take the time to post it. Other than that yer hooped. Not true. TSN has all of their previous live games online the next day here. This is your best bet. http://www.tsn.ca/video/on-demand Right, but for many those re-broadcasts are locked. The guy said he had access to TSN's online streams.
  4. If you're referring to Park & Ride, unfortunately the last buses leave their respective locations 15 minutes prior to kickoff.

  6. Oh please, Dunigan is more than a fan. I think he knows a thing or two about hits to the head and QB mental awareness with his background. I'd take his opinion with a little more salt over anyone here. Just a quick note on that particular idiom: generally, the more salt, the less you trust. So saying that you take his opinion with more salt means you trust his opinion less than others! Well dang, I had no idea. Thanks for sharing. Fixed my post.

  8. A couple years ago I read an article saying that Buck had suffered over 10 concussions throughout his career. Over 10? That seems highly unlikely. Over his entire football career, yes. You'll need to provide a source to make a claim like that.

  10. Drooling on himself is your definition of too many concussions? Thanks Dr. Spuds. Great work there. I don't know how this forum would function without your insight but I'd kinda like to find out. Yup... I think they brought Buck back too early too many times and he was never the same again. I know what you're believing in every case.... whatever the Bombers say. Nope... I don't believe in the infallibility of concussion protocol, doctors, coaches, or players, but I hope they've got it right this time. Again I'll ask, how so? This is a serious question.
  11. What happened to Buck? When did they bring him back too soon, and what was the result?
  12. Who is this guy and can he please replace Paul Friesen?
  13. Not shocking the way the dude landed right on his shoulder after making that catch.
  14. The best sports writers in the country don't cover the CFL. Why would you expect the best from the B Team? How many of the best sportswriters in the country live in Winnipeg? Kirk Penton won CFL reporter of the year last year. Yes, but read Atomic's post above...
  15. If Willy didn't know he was out for a brief period, there sure would have been multiple people (the trusted med staff included) to tell him that he was. Additionally, if not the truth, him saying he never lost consciousness, would be him trying to fool who exactly into letting him play?

  17. But most of that is also stuff that only caters to the already obsessed. It's actual content though that is at least informative. Who is Paul Friesen catering to with his tweets right now?
  18. I have caught practice nearly every day that I can during a quick bite. I watch for maybe 30 minutes, but I can tell you, that if you're observant enough, there is A LOT that you can catch going on that I'm sure many would at least sit back say, "Interesting." For example, who here knows that since Marve doesn't get very many reps in practice that he spends 20-30 minutes post practice, running roll-outs and tossing balls all over the field with Jhomo Gordon? How about that we have had a half-dozen other guys taking turns kicking field goals? Does anyone here even know now that Kohlert has practiced all week with the 1s? There is a lot you can say in a couple of sentences to give people something other than "nice catch this, and bad drop that."
  19. Hard to say but they have to keep him. Bucknor is the weak link in the secondary imo but his passport keeps him in play. Maybe Adams can play LB better than Randle. I don't think Adams has ever played LB, not even in high school. This isn't the time to start the experiment.
  20. He didn't score in their first game, can't see him being shut out again. Andrew Harris.
  21. You guys who insist to stand behind O'Shea's decisions and keep making excuses for Brohm's poor play are hilarious. There is not one thing that Brohm has done to merit the primary backup position. Other than being best pals with O'Shea right?
  22. I think it's safe enough to say, and something most could agree on, that Brohm struggles when thrown into a game cold. He does better with preparation and practicing the gameplan. Hopefully next week it's one or two steps forward, because he will start if Willy can't, which seems likely. So everyone who doesn't want to see Brohm behind centre again better try and use the week to deal with the fact that you're going to see more of him than Marve in the near future.
  23. What? I'm just saying that they stated that the jumbotrons would be some of the largest in canada, but the size is pitiful and the board is misused Yep, I was in Regina for their home opener and they make good use of their jumbotron. They show the play as it's happening, then some replays. They do show commercials too, but only during breaks in play. And no stupid graphics/ads taking up 50% of the screen while play is happening, they make use of the FULL screen. One thing the Bombers could learn from the Riders. That may change when they move into their new stadium.
