Thought I saw a non-call on Glenn when he shovelled a pass to absolutely no one when being rushed on a particular play. Ball didn't even come close to crossing the line of scrimmage.

Pretty hard to get the Safety into man coverage... and MacDougall was no slouch in CalgaryIf there's a weakness, maybe its Emry... Good on ST, but has limited experience in a starters role. Depending on the play you can indeed get the safety into a situation where the receiver is his primary responsibility. Mostly 5 or 6 receiver sets and you have multiple mid to deep routes.

I'm hoping we try and test MacDougall at safety a lot. With the right routes we can get our speedy guys out in space against him in man to man coverage. Guy with not a lot of experience might make him an easier target.

Looks like it was incidental helmet to helmet. I didn't see anything that suggested he was leading with his head. .

There are things that I have seen from JFG in the practices I've watched, that suggest to me he's going to be more involved in the offense on a regular basis. He's one of the finest route runners on the team IMO.

Ottawa's receiving core on paper looks miles ahead of what is was last year. Have to wonder what the chemistry will be like with them and Burris.

I consider Butler over Rwabukamba by a narrow margin. Also you should have went with Greenwood if it was your first decision. Make people freak out, it would have made for some good discussion.

I am good with a daytime thing, where we just make sure to check in frequently enough so that we don't stall. Might be able to get it done by tomorrow, if we start soon enough today. Maybe Dave can share his picks with someone who can make them while he is out this evening?

If we don't think we can have the draft done before the game tomorrow evening, should we should wait until after the weekend?
