Your comment is a contradiction.. If hes and upgrade we should attempt to sign him at a rate that we can justify. Then why do we pay for any free agents since our system is "different" If he is a great RB, then he should be a great RB on a team that can setup similar situations for him to excel.. But seeing what has happened here the past 5 years, i guess we might not be able to create the situation. So no simpson, or ford.. Then who? I can see us letting ford walk if he is really overpriced, but why Simpson? Inuries alone i suppose/ We may end up with a really shitty RB when we probably need a great RB to take the pressure of our willy. We have worst case scenario. His last name rhymes with "borzon".

It's a low B+ for me. We made some good moves. From what I have seen from Moore, he is better than Carr was/is. Better speed and ability to battle in traffic. Carr always had trouble adjusting to the ball in the air around defenders.

I wouldn't cut him. He'll probably either be in the starting lineup for game one, or injured.

I'm surprised that we at least didn't try to contact him. He's fast, probably one of the fastest on the team, but rarely gets his hands in front of the ball. I could have gone either way on him. Hopefully his salary will be used wisely elsewhere.

I don't agree with this at all. There is nothing strange about denying what some are perceiving just because of the timing of when the events unfolded. Three different QBs were all available at different times, it just so happens that Collaros was available first, Burris second and Willy third. It doesn't necessarily mean that Collaros was Option A, Burris Option B and Willy Option C. Regardless of the order, we were interested in all three and we likely would have been making offers to all three.

I guess all of those empty seats in Moncton took them right out of the running. Is this year's TA back in Halifax?
