Why with each passing week? What is happening here that is making you think this way?

I want the guy who led the offense to improvements last season and won some games. In case you haven't noticed the offense has been abysmal this season and we haven't won games. With Elliott here from the start of the season, I maybe see us having one more win right now. Our problems are far more deep rooted that a change from one mediocre QB to another won't fix much.

If you run misdirection/crossing plays on Cauchy he WAS getting himself out of position and not providing over the top/inside support where required... They've fixed that by beating him over the head with playing back so hard that now those crossers aren't ever a risk for the safety to come down and pick off. Also the big thing that killed us was a couple of long bombs where we had guys in position on D and who just didn't make the play (especially just before the half) Cauchy has been out of position on many occasions this season, but in your description, the safety wouldn't be the one to pick off a crossing route like that even if he was in position.

Given the budget of $148 mil, the cost per seat at THF is about 10% more. But if you take away the cost of our canopy, and at least the cost of one of our video boards, my guess is roughly a 25-30% difference instead. Hard to say if our cost overruns amount to that.

The simple fact is, this is being blown out of proportion simply because of the issues of this team. This would be a total non-issue if we were winning. We wouldn't be talking about this AT ALL if that was the case. Tell me I am wrong.

The ironic thing is, after that TD, Saskatchewan went on a 41-8 run. It's one thing to mock, it's another thing to be able to back it up.

Well, historically, I've usually gone into this game optimistically and we always lose soooooo..... It's time the tradition changes.

Because Burke said he was told not to talk about it...I hope you're not serious. If he actually said that publicly he is a complete moron. He is serious. That did happen. One of Burke's many blunders we all shake our head about after. It's not a surprise to me anymore. How is that a blunder? Did you ever think there may be a legitimate reason why he can't talk about it. For example, sometimes the players don't want it discussed like when Marcellus Bowman didn't want any details about his knee injury made public. Oh, don't get me wrong I fully understand there is reasoning behind it. My issue is that there are better ways to communicate that. He doesn't have to say "I've been told..." He is the coach (sadly) and should sound a little more like he is a boss and not operating as some sort of puppet.

You've got to have very low, if any, expectations for this game. That' hopefully what is going to help me enjoy it a little more.

I agree that it was well produced and the replays were nice, but I disagree about the camera work being better than Bomber games. There weren't enough angles and the positioning was a bit off on more than a few occasions.

Goltz has started 2 games this season. Hardly enough of sample size to gauge where we go from here with him. If we want to see if his accuracy can improve, he needs to play more. This whole "he looks the same as he did on day one" is a bit of an exaggeration if you ask me. If that was true he wouldn't be here anymore.
