  1. Calgary: it's pretty clear that BLM will take more hits than he's used to. He also threw more picks than you'd normally see from him. B.C. would have won with better place kicking. IMO, they are the hardest team to predict - some good pieces there. Toronto - I was impressed with MBT - we'll see if his ancesters can keep it up. Hamilton - we will see how their OL performs against the Riders. I mean, Masoli only had 3 targets on some plays, with all the protection they were using. Ottawa - it's going to be a long season - what a ridiculous win. Edmonton - absolutely insane that they lost that game. You just have to score more points with that talent - some of the best receivers in the CFL. Wilder Jr. was looking good. Saskatchewan: TBD. BC almost beat them. Some pretty good talent over there Winnipeg: D looks fantastic, O is still gelling. Looking forward to a 2 back set
  2. My favourite quote from the Grey Cup. Darvin looking at the Hamilton sideline as he's coming off the field "where's my dog?"
  3. Once Oliviera gets better at that, they will have the dual threat of him as a safety valve, with the added possibilty of Collaros throwing downfield.
  4. So much for picking Walker for lock of the week - only did it because they were playing Ottawa.
  5. Michael Bishop 😁
  6. Couple of pricks who know a thing or two about football.
  7. Two guys who don't even know what a script is - they just call the game as they see it. I don't remember who the Bombers were playing, but it was a game they were not supposed win - they came out and put on a clinic. TSN had so much scripted stuff prepared about the other team, they didn't know what to do. Damn, wish I could remember the game - it was about years ago.
  8. Even if his throws after those scrambles are not all complete, they will lead to less pressure at the LOS. Teams will need to devote more coverage to guys like Lawler and Adams. It's not just Harris as the safety valve now.
  9. All of the longer completions downfield...were on rollouts...the Lawler TDs included. I know what you mean though - he is not afraid to try a 50/50 ball once in a while.
  10. There was one really, really obvious PI. Lawler's jersey was grabbed when he was trying to come back the ball.
  11. Interesting stuff on the half - time show. Couple of clips where our DTs are busting up the middle of an 8 - man front. Also nice clips of ZC reading the protection and rolling out, just at the right time.
  12. Sorry guys, I removed all the covid related posts. My patience for the 'covid is not a big deal' posts, has gone to absolute 0 More football talk please!
  13. I like that he's not afraid to put up one of those Mike Reilly style 50/50 balls once in a while.
  14. Exactly. Show some respect and keep the peace.
  15. Gotta agree Tburg. For all the improvements there are still their old annoying tendencies.
  16. Massoli has now choked as well - I'd say the clock is already ticking...
  17. 1. Jefferson: one interception and created another with his pressure 2. Collaros: they don't win this game without him, no matter how well the D played 3. Bighill: superb gap control and run stopping HH: #45 in the secondary
  18. With our OL and ZCs ability to extend plays, there is going to be some great improvisation.
  19. Pick was created by pressure from Jefferson.
  20. DL as good as advertised, secondary looking fantastic. I think Dane Evans will be starting soon.
  21. Hammy starting to adjust to the pressure.
  22. Teams are really gonna have to account for that front 4 - they are totally upsetting the Ti - Cats game plan.
  23. We have started our oat harvest: 2020 bushels per acre: 178 2021 bushels per acre: 78 so far Stock your larders.
