Good plan, but not simple at all. Especially not when a good number of the staff have to isolate themselves.
-
Are you referring Australian care homes? If so, the opposite is true, look it up.
-
What sort of intervention would you suggest? Care homes are a reflection of what’s going on in larger society. It’s not like people can stop going in and out of care homes, unless you’re going to have employees live there 24/7. This was bound to happen as soon as we started seeing those high case numbers.

Ah yes. The difference last year is we had a great playoff run, which made the overall season well above average. I know that's what you deep down really want to say - so I'm helping you out. In other news: there's scotch going on the rocks tonight, some Fort Garry Ale in the cooler & a Delicissio in the oven On the screen...will be the 2019 Grey Cup
-
No, in the original post you said they had an ‘average season.’ Season includes both the regular season and the playoffs.
-
Collaros was a difference maker, the D was dominant, and Andrew Harris did what he does. I think the performance that is too often overlooked is the D in the semi - final against Calgary. BLM was completely confused and under pressure for long stretches of that game. It was after THAT GAME that I think most of us diehards knew - this was going to be our year.
-
@TBURGESS you lost me when you said ‘poor playoff run.’
-
They were 14 - 7 in 2019, and won the championship - those are also facts.
-
We were 14 - 7, they were 10 - 9. That's a huge difference, sir.
-
They do have some problems with winning...just saying.

Moved all the superfluous posts to the obsessive compulsive thread.

I'm just not sure how she plans to deliver all those doses.

Found this on FB, just wondering where you all stand on this: So the government is encouraging you to report your neighbors if they don’t follow the new rules. Before following this advice you should really consider the fact the government won’t be there to help you jump start your car or lend you tools or a cup of sugar if you needed it. They won’t be an extra set of eyes to watch over your property if you are away. They won’t keep an eye on your kids if they are playing in the street and someone strange is hanging around. We need each other, it’s how we get by and live in peace, because at the end of the day the government won’t be standing on your door step to help you out. DON’T BE A SNITCH!! Everyone is just trying to live their lives in this craziness! BE KIND! You literally do not know the reason someone has chosen to do what they are doing.

Testing numbers are actually climbing again - they can't force people to get tested.

Thank you. I had First Nations classmates at BU back in the day, so I assumed this was case. They are very caring, fun loving people, who know when to take matters seriously. Thanks for confirming.

I apologize in advance if the facts sound defensive... There are plenty of colony situations where people isolated & there was very little community spread. I expect it's the same on reserves.
-
Sure. But this was not really a rush job - the preliminary work has been ongoing since 2003 (SARS).
-
The logic goes something like this: "Haven't you heard? Joe Biden is going to kill all the babies. Hilary Clinton would have killed even more." AND "I can't believe how many people are falling for this evil Covid vaccine. Trump has done everything he can to stop it."

It's pretty good for a Monday - probably includes backlogged cases.
-
There needs to be more focus on what is necessary, rather wondering why the government is not announcing this or that. We're all aware that some things are arbitrary, that does not give us an excuse to not follow regulations. I mean, if a Police Officer decides to be arbitrary and gives us a warning instead of a speeding ticket - do we then look for situations where we might not get caught speeding?

Europe is also flattening their curve. And I might add, without closing schools. https://www.straitstimes.com/world/europe/germany-sees-signs-of-coronavirus-curve-flattening

The best ones, yes. But in general, today’s players are going to fare better, because of better coaching. The one QB is still plays a style similar to the 80s & 90s would be Mike Reilly. And he would have ripped up the defenses from that era.

Trump supporters have been told by the internet, that Georgia has been given to Trump.

I guess we’ll have to agree to disagree - I think Dunigan and Mitchell are quite similar in ability, although Dunigan probably played with a little more moxy. Both of them had/have top notch receiving corps & OL.
