    I am looking for the OL to play the way they did several times this year Sept. 30 against the Rider comes to mind. Aggressive and really punishing the Defense Then the runners will rumble...

    Some media people / outlets have developed a habit of doing this... With only 13% of the US population being African American, I'd say Obama got elected by plenty of other people, as well.

    Yes, and they gave an increase based on Cost of Living Adjustment, for which they are now paying through the nose.

    The notwithstanding clause has a 5 year limit so that an election can take place during the time frame. The Ontario conservatives will only be able to keep that contract in place, if they get reelected.

    The same thing happened in BC, a few years ago It went all the way to the Supreme Court & the teachers' union won

    This is interesting. The notwithstanding clause has a time limit of 5 years So, what happens to the contract when the notwithstanding clauses no longer applies? Usually they are retroactive until a new deal is negotiated, but I don't think that's possible in this case
