    Faj could be much better. His pass pro is about as bad as it gets, and their running game is easily stopped Dink and dunk with the right pieces around him...he could be a poor man's Kevin Glenn

    Cutting Glenn and letting 3 Canadian OL go in free agency. I don't care how much other talent he brought in, the team was hooped long-term after those moves.

    This regime has such a solid record of plug and play - a few question marks at a key position is nothing to worry about Big Stan has a proven track record - he can play both ways

    Yeah, that was some good ball back then, more downfield passing. Today there's hardly any that's effective, unless you've got Collaros or Rourke at QB.

    Yeah, with a better run / screen game, they'd open more ad lib opportunities, which Faj is actually decent at executing.
