They’ve had an evening sports show for a couple years. I don’t have the radio on I the evening so have never listened. They added two new for Jets broadcasts and promoted at least one other from part time to regular show. Playing my ” Old man card” they’ve always been my go to for sports coverage. Only time I listened to 1290 was the pregame drive on my way o a Jets game. Could barely listen to those guys shilling their Boston Pizza pregame schtik.

Yes there is a deal for this vaccine to come to Canada, 20 million doses were pre-ordered in the fall pending approval. The government was criticized at the time as they were late signing on to this vaccine which was furthest along at the time.

70YR old MIL lives alone and my wife is her designated visitor, it is against the letter of the law for her to visit our house for Christmas dinner. I'm sorry, I don't follow. If the disease mutates and no current vaccine gives protection what is the point of knowing who has the current vaccine? Wouldn't that be about as important as knowing who got the flu shot in the fall of 2019?

I agree. We need to be better at complying with the orders they have in front of us now. Took the dog for a walk late evening yesterday and saw several houses that had small groups together. Saw someone I know that sells to our company visiting friends, gathered around the island. I saw him visiting the same friends in the summer, no question in my mind who it was. Not letting him in the building anytime soon. People should realize if their house backs on to a park with walking trails it is very easy to see inside your house. As best as I can understand it we have a growing number of outbreaks in PCH’s and the “ under housed population”. TPR isn’t going to go down until we start doing more wide spread general testing.
