2019-20 Grey Cup Champs Off-season discussion.

looked pretty cold though, poor Sara Orlesky looked like she was going to die of hypothermia by the 4th quarter...hope you guys brought along a thermos with some warming juice to make it through...lol. I was pretty worried until the 4th quarter. That bomb to Darvin kind of changed the entire game. In the West Final, the Bombers had the same play going with a bomb to Darvin in the 4th qrt that would have sealed the game for them but Collaros missed him by a yard, would have made a big difference in the ending as it would have been far less dramatic, and been a lot easier on my blood pressure...lol. The big difference between the two games, West Semi and West Final, was that Sask had game-planned for Strevs, and so he was a complete non-factor, whereas Calgary hadn't really done squat and paid dearly (possibly because two weeks earlier Strevs had been injured in their regular season game?). Made it a much closer game for sure as the Bomber weren't getting that 7 - 8 yards on first down from the Strevelation like they were used to in other games. -

Re-watched the West Semi this weekend. I could watch that game over and over again, just like the Grey Cup. The Stamps came into that game with such a high amount of arrogance. There was no way they thought they could lose. I honestly think that they made the cardinal error of looking past Winnipeg before the game started as they were so certain that Winnipeg would be a simple speed bump and their real competition was going to be Sask to get to the Cup. The fact that they could actually lose the game didn't start sinking in until the 4th quarter when they suddenly realized that the game was rapidly slipping out of their grasp and panic mode started up. The look on the sidelines between Bo Levi and Dave Dickenson after Bo threw the INT (to Maston I think, or Taylor) was priceless. Just this death stare between them as the two arrogant ****-heads try to process how the Bombers are kicking their asses, and how they never saw it coming. Just so awesome. I actually paused the game at that time and did a CR toast to the Bombers, as that was just so enjoyable. -
That's the guy with the nice hair and hot mom right? Lol

As long as he goes XFL and adds "man bad" to his last name....
-
I hope he's as good a kicker as this guy:
-
Kyle made them offers that they couldn't refuse...
-
I'd say that the NDP will definitely be going with response #1, while the Conservatives would back #2.

while holding a glass completely full...

would they even notice in Toronto?
-
if they do hassle you, just say that the light coming off the Cup is too blinding to focus on anything else right now...

made it to the 29 minute mark before getting emotional - couldn't hold back it back after this: Andrew Harris: You got my back??? Bombers in unison: I got your back!!! Andrew Harris: You got my back??? Bombers: I got your back!!! Andrew Harris: WIN!!! Bombers: WIN!! KBF - There's something in my eye...

Just re-watched the last game of the regular season, the home game vs. Calgary. What a great game. You could see the confidence building in the team as Collaros led them down the field for the game winning field goal. That Bo Levi is just such an arrogant turd, listening to him "miked up" all game I was just wanting to punch him through the screen. I also saw the Calgary player who was in the end zone, number 83 Josh Huff I believe, fling his helmet about 30 yards down the field at the end of the game. Total class act. Anyway, that was Game 1. Now going to watch the remaining 3 games of the season in succession. Re-live the whole drive to the Cup. 👍

Add Bomber and Jets season tickets to that list and I'm right behind you. -
I worry that if the season is delayed too long I may even start missing Claire Hanna...

Definitely giving this guy a run for his money...

Too bad it was Rod on the call...would have been more enjoyable without listening to his traditional voice cracking call of the play... -

Charles Roberts with a 69 yard TD run, how often do you see that? Total running yards of 195 for the game. And after going up big, Calvillo brought the Als back strong, and we had to win it on Milt's 56 yard TD catch in the 4th quarter, one of only two catches he made that day, if you can believe it, in a game that the Bombers racked up 51 points. https://www.cfl.ca/games/1229/montreal-alouettes-vs-winnipeg-blue-bombers/?_ga=2.223365592.2144037686.1587062997-1711918018.1587062997#boxscore -

yeah Charles Roberts just ran roughshod that night over the Montreal D. One of my all-time favorite games. -
Why the home game against BC? Do you want to watch Matt Nichols get injured over and over again?
-
Tyrone Jones blowing through the line and smacking Roy Dewalt, over and over again, in a home game against BC. BC was "the team to beat" at that time so I am assuming it was in the 1985 or 1986 time frame. It was total domination, the Bombers just destroyed them. In my favorite memories, Tyrone always plays a big part.

I just remember him as a wrestler...

It might have been Taman dropping his Subway sandwich by accident...

Sounds like Suitor with the "Oh no!" to me.
