In Toronto right now. I turned on TSN last night and they were replaying the Winnipeg Montreal game. I finally was able to see what Joe Walsh was thinking in that hotel room...

Flames sign Keith's offspring. Conner next signing? -
I find it odd that you find it odd.

I am not being dishonest. I would ask in return that people here pushing the apocalyptic visions to learn how to do math. Also you guys are 0-41 right now on these predictions. Why are the scientists right this time? Oh right because we aren't allowed to question those feeding us this malarkey. Right.

It's more amusing watching all the Greta Thunbergs here refusing to acknowledge what Hansen is saying. Do you have an opinion? If so what is it?
-
extremely poorly said, and speaking of truth, I see none in what you wrote above. You have completely ignored the basic economics of how our society operates and based your entire argument on emotion. The same people advocating for destroying our economy by immediately jumping to "renewables" (especially the never economic wind, solar and tidal power) are the same ones who can't do basic math, and should be kept as far away from the corridors of power as possible, as these are the people who are truly dangerous to the survival of mankind. What did you think of James Hansen's comments and his calling out of Bernie Sanders?
-
I just wanted to say that I don't think that moving off of fossil fuels CAN'T be done, it's just going to take a long time and a lot of patience. James Hansen is advocating for nuclear power, and I agree with him. He's also taking issue with the current stance of the Democratic Party on man-made climate change. If we can make electronic combines powered by nuclear power, I am all in. https://www.thedailybeast.com/top-climate-scientist-to-bernie-sanders-youre-killing-people-in-india

https://www.theguardian.com/environment/2005/oct/12/naturaldisasters.climatechange1 Speaking of apocalyptic events, time is running out pretty fast on the UN and their prediction of 50 million "climate refugees" by 2020. Only three more months to go!
-
We'd also be dead pretty quickly. 125 years ago there were 1.5 billion people on the planet (maybe, no one was counting back then). Now there are almost 8 billion. What the climate apocalyptics really want is a mass human cull. That would be the direct result of no more fossil fuels. That combine harvesting all of that wheat can't run on solar panels. Nor can the semi hauling it to the elevator. Nor can the train hauling it to the processing stations to be turned into bread. Well, maybe a few can. But 98% of us would be dead of starvation and cold by then.

One human being no. 7 billion - yes.

Ever go to the Philippines?

Check out Myanmar. It's a quick flight on Air Asia from Bangkok.

Good thing you never stayed at the Hilton in Hanoi!

Someone else has probably already mentioned this but the first guy downfield to block for Harris to try and get the TD on that Darvin Adam's throw was Streveler. I have never seen anything like that guy.

If you are going to Vietnam I highly recommend Phu Quoc island.

Maybe Geebrr is Rod Black! Have they ever been seen together?

Take that heart-breaking crap filled loss, and THEN go to a dinner party where there are a bunch of Rider fans who insist on rubbing it in all night. A small corner of hell. One guy even said "Lancaster was a better QB than Ploen". I never saw Kenny Ploen play but I assume some of the old-timers here would have started throwing punches at that point.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but...

So you are saying that this loss was all part of a plan....interesting
