Last year when I went out on the field after the miracle win against Montreal Faith was one of the few Bombers out on the field in full gear taking pictures with the fans. Seems like a really good guy! In contrast, Dan LeFevour came out of the dressing room and just walked past everyone without saying a word.

Just watched Jim Rome sorta kinda make fun of the fact that Manziel is only going to make $120K plus $10K signing bonus this year in the CFL. It is kind of funny when you think about how much football players make in the NFL I guess.

I sat there through the entire series asking two questions (other than about Fleury and James Neal) "Who are these guys"? and secondly, "who were the idiot GM's who let these guys get away?" Who gets a shut-down defense like that right out of the gate? It makes no sense. Brayden McNabb? Deryk Engelland? Nate Schmidt? Man that kid can skate. Who is he???

99 games in total. Not bad for guys who were usually already over a month into their golf games by this time every year. I hope they take this as a learning experience and build on it for next year. Blake Wheeler within 20 seconds of every shift looked like he had just finished the Boston Marathon. He had no juice left in the tank.

I think he stole a game or two, but mostly he just didn't make mistakes. Rinne let in some real stinkers that helped us out, especially in game 7. Fleury was just not going to let in a soft goal. There was no way.

what happened to Stastny in round 3? He seemed invisible after being an unstoppable force against Nashville. The Knights really neutralized the second line, they were completely powerless.

I thought so too. Should have been a delay of game. This nonsense has been going on all year where the ref has to go and grab a list and force the coach to put players back on the ice, leading to game delays after icings which are just as good as a time-out. The whole point of leaving players on the ice after an icing was to penalize the team for icing the puck. If Gerard Gallant just pulls his guys off after every icing and forces the ref to bring people back on then he should be nailed for that. It's bush league. Especially when the guy who iced the puck is on the bench. That's not a misunderstanding. That's cheating.
