  1. Thank you Greg Ellingson!
  2. We won't win a Cup again until we have at least one Canadian receiver whose last name ends with "ski".
  3. I was pretty sure John Bowman was poked in the eye by someone too. I saw him walking off the field yelling and it looked like he got eye poked.
  4. Those who have gone before me have done an excellent job of pointing out what a giant joke this article is and thanks for that, but I just wanted to point out one of my pet peeves. I get it when posters here spell Jeff Reinebold's name wrong (sort of get it) but this dimwit is supposed to be a professional writer. Who edits this paper? How can they misspell Reinebold's name in an article? Talk about sloppy AND stupid.
  5. As long as we win O'Shea can show up in diapers and have a big man-baby bonnet on his head on the sidelines for all I care.
  6. Reminded me of the game against Montreal in 2005.
  7. So glad to have witnessed this game live!!
  8. Messam please
  9. I will agree that Nichols has to get better. He's not the Nichols of last year. We also have to start establishing a run game. Six carries for Harris is ridiculous. I am no OC guy, but I do know that establishing the run pays big dividends in the 4th quarter with a tired Defence.
  10. I think the same can be said for Paul Maurice and the Winnipeg Jets. If both teams would just follow your advice we'd be planning Grey and Stanley Cup parades forevermore.
  11. for a fake punt to work, more than just the punter has to know that its going to be a fake....sigh...
  12. Zach Collaros looking more like Zach Willy.
  13. Reinebold. Reinebold. Reinebold.
  14. Loved Baa Baa Black Sheep. Mostly because I love the Corsair airplane. And Robert Conrad.
  15. Ok I didn't know Bowman was hurt. Am I allowed to sub in Hazelton? Please??? Game hasn't started....
  16. Yes, Rich already cleared that up.
  17. oh really, they didn't come up when I googled Houston Aeros. Now they do of course. Anyway, why did they move?
  18. The Houston Aeros only existed from 1972 to 1978, so not a decade. Their last three years - 1975 to 1978 - they played in an arena called "the Summit", which was converted into a church in 2003. If you want to see what it looks like inside just tune into Joel Osteen's broadcast on Sundays. The Aeros did win two Avco Cups in those years, thanks in large part to the Howe family. They lost in 1976 in the finals to a certain team we know and love. Houston does have an NHL size arena though, the Toyota Center, built in 2003, which is where the Rockets play.
  19. Remember when Trudeau gave $10.5 million to a terrorist murderer?
