I'm no math whiz but the websites I visit say the Bombers have been to 26 GC's and won 12 of them. You've got them going to 4 more GC's then I remember reading about or seeing. In my lifetime I've seen the Bombers go to 12 GC's, and win five of them. That's not great. The problem is if we had "reclaimed the Throne" we look like King Viserys from House of Dragons....time to get a lot younger, very soon.

Seriously, this is actually pretty mild stuff comparatively. But yes, I think if we didn't start Biggie yesterday and we had run the ball on our last possession on 2nd and 8 we'd be planning the parade right now. This is why one game can make the difference. If this was a best of three, I'd say we win. But one game it is.

Yeah we were commenting that thanks to that incredibly crappy punt we got the ball pretty much where the fumble occurred and we recovered the ball anyway. It didn't matter. The offense just rolled right over.

yes, no shotgun formations, no deciding to throw instead of plunge forward. There were many things I was upset about yesterday but at least it appeared that the Bombers DID learn something from 2022 when it came to QB sneaks and just sticking with the plan and not deviating from it.

yup no idea why they didn't run on that play. Even if you get within two yards you know Prukop is going to get the first down. He was getting three yards on every sneak all night.

Yes. This. As Shoresy said, our guys love to win but they don't hate to lose. You have to hate losing 10x more than you love winning. One year we finished second in Manitoba provincials in hockey. At the time I was mad we lost in the finals but yet ok with what our team accomplished. Our coach said that he took his silver medal and chucked it in the trash. He told us that's how much you have to hate to lose. I was a teenager at the time but I get it now. That being said I saw Zach at the post game presser and he was choking back tears. He hates to lose. Does everyone else hate it too?? I don't know.

Next time you blink it will be training camp...we just have to keep moving forward.

They just want to play their music and they tied themselves to a famous guy to help them gain fans but the guy they tied themselves to is a lunatic so now you have to sit through all of these awkward interviews with this meathead insulting the interviewer and going off on tangents about reading magazines totally unrelated to music when he was a child.

It's all good. I'm deep into the CR, watching the 1984 Grey Cup, then going to watch some F1 in Vegas. Tomorrow I want to watch the Bombers give the Alouettes an old fashioned arse kicking. I remember back in the 80's when the Al's came to town with Vince Ferragamo et al and the Bombers just pounded them. I want that level of poundage once again. Cody Fajardo is a third-string bum. And tomorrow he's going to prove it. EDIT - I always forget in 1984 that we were down 14-0 when John Hufnagel came in for Clements, and the whole game changed. We never looked back after Huffer came in and calmed everyone down.

To be fair I was pretty gone by that point....though I've watched that game numerous times since, but not nearly as much as the 2019 game....I hope Suitor didn't make the poor guy call a play....that still to this day is one of the dumbest moves in a broadcast ever...ask an Australian who has never watched a CFL game in his life to call a play. It's like asking Justin Bieber to do play by play at an Aussie-rules AFL game. Just so dumb as Shoresy would say.
