June 2025 - Vilardi, Iafallo, and Kupari all say they want trades out of Winnipeg... lol I honestly don't know anything about these guys. If we can get a high draft pick thrown in as well at least that is something. To think we gave up Laine and Roslovic for this, so it better be good. PLD strikes me as a guy who has a ton of talent, but will never ever live up to it, no matter where he goes.

Yes at least this year we don't have that same weird pressure to "go without a loss" all season. It's done. No perfect season. Now just clinch first place again and let's get it done so that I can come out from Kelowna and freeze my arse off at the Western Final again...lol...

Have to hand it to Amar Doman - he's really stepped up and taken the Lions from the point of almost bankruptcy to a real contender in BC, and is building interest in BC for the Lions which was basically non-existent the past 10 years. He's got a great facility in Vancouver to build up the team from too, unlike Calgary where they are playing in a decaying disaster. I really enjoy watching football in Vancouver on a nice night with the roof open.
