I dunno, that's a pretty remarkable sell job. I love this league like a three-legged dog but I wonder if I had the millions, would I love the league enough to buy into it? It's like the old joke: how do you make a small fortune in the CFL? Start with a large one. Sig Gutsche somehow turned a profit on his sale of the Stamps back in the day. I want that guy back in the league too.

Yup. I was done with MLB after 1994 too. Always loved the spos ... Tim Raines, Gary Carter, Oil Can Boyd, pre-scandal Pete Rose....

MOP is something I think the CFL gets wrong. Would rather see an MVP award ... football is a team sport and I think team impact should be the primary criteria for the award. And I think Brady is the obvious choice for an MVP award: without him, the bombers aren't a playoff team, and I think you can say the same for Josh Hardy out east.

The real head scratcher play for me was 2nd and goal from the 2, we lined up in short yardage with an empty backfield.
