you know I am a bomber partisan down to my DNA but after watching the other games this week, I'm just hoping to see a football game between two competent teams tonight.
on the other hand, I've been hoping that someone would make a movie about the kids from Stranger Things getting their hands on a sex doll, so TV tonight is not all bad.
1. A CFL team will start 7+ import receivers over the course of a year.
2. Matthews can't beat out Lawler right now but I bet he can beat out J. Random Airlift Receiver.
from the article:
I've been away from Canada for a few years ... what kind of over-the-counter stuff contains meth?
maybe the test detected some pseudoephedrine?
and there was that home win against Montreal where Bishop passed for more than 400 yards ... bomb after bomb after bomb. Such a great game to watch, I thought we were on our way after that one.
Gonna post a link to the original article quoted above ... it's a pretty good read about how **** the Lions are this year.

I think BC is worse than Toronto. Toronto is a wretched team with a gift for self-inflicted wounds, but they play with some energy.
BC looks like they're still on the bus.
I was trying to think of a funny title ... best I came up with was Regina Retirement Home Riders vs. Mike Reilly's Paycheck ... but yours is way better so I think I'll steal it!
...and now a very similar TD pass play, Eskies get into the backfield and Adams calmly hits the short out. encouraging to see a young QB able to cope with pressure like that.
nice response to pressure from Adams and the lark O, doesn't panic, backpedals a bit keeping his eyes downfield, then throws to his outlet guy who's standing right where the blitz came from.
