A game where the losing team isn't closer than 2 scores in the entire fourth quarter is not a close game. The "well if this happened instead of that" stuff is loser talk. We've been there.

I wonder if McCrae has been taking any RB reps, both on the field and meetings. Augustine is not an every down player IMO. Although I'm not sure McCrae is much better and kind of has the same weaknesses RE getting yards after contact and pass protection. Better hands out of the backfield though.

I don't think they'll be buying free agents. Dobson for Neufeld, Richmond at one tackle, maybe a free agent for the other. Say Neufeld retires after this season. Dobson still on his rookie deal for next year. Say Jeffcoat retires, his replacement is half the cost, plus we've been basically paying 1.5x Jeffcoat to keep him here with the constant injury replacements. Anyways, there's lots of roster movement year by year. I don't think we'll be losing Schoen to anyone but the NFL. They'll figure it out.

They'll find the money to pay him. Problem for another time, but lots of guys coming to the end of their playing days who won't cost as much to replace. Lots of money on the injured list too, guys that potentially aren't going to ever fully return or who we won't need past this season.

And the fact that Schoen is constantly loose means that teams can't really bracket him because they know the next guy will tear them apart too. Only becomes an issue if or when we need to get an American back on the roster. IMO you'd sit down Agudosi and get BOLO out there. Bailey is a much more useful receiver, Agudosi is kind of a luxury. Probably put Murphy on for Szott for depth.

Edmonton has the perfect group on offense to use a guy like Pigrome in an RPO scheme. Run option and take deep shots. I’m not sure Ford has the arm to do it. Haven’t seen enough of Locksley. I’m not sure what Cornelius can do now. He looks like he doesn’t want to be out there…and he certainly doesn’t have the passing skills to run what they’ve been trying to these first two weeks.

Cornelius has $200,000 in his pocket for this season and next regardless of what he does. Not sure he's a guy that should have got guaranteed money.

Cornelius is an awful passer. He's got two of the best downfield receivers with the largest catch radii and he can't hit anyone.

It's funny to watch that regarding the flag. The Bombers hardly threw a block that entire play. Maruo is really the only one. Sask's contain man charges hard on Grant's inside shoulder and overruns him, then another guy across the number overruns him as well, one guy leaps, another guy slides, then Grant is in space with 5 Riders chasing and long snapper in front of him, instead of forcing Grant back to those 5 guys by hauling ass laterally the snapper charges him and gets stiff armed, now we're at the opposite hash, 87 one of the upbacks also charges Grant rather than turning him in to the pack and gets stiff armed at the 26 almost halfway between the hash and numbers, now Grant is outside all alone, now it's just speed and working his way through the Riders trying to catchup with the Bombers blockers far outnumbering them.
