  1. One did (which would be all he needs) but the first thing the landed once he had possession was his thigh out of bounds.
  2. Let him throw a couple balls from the pocket.
  3. Awful call IMO. When he controls the ball he's out of bounds. Focused on a foot but missed the whole picture.
  4. First part that touches is his thigh out of bounds.
  5. Doug was still a player.
  6. Argos 2-1 vs Ticats this season just beat them 3 weeks ago and play this week coming up. Don't think it's that stupid, the Ticats haven't matched up well who cares about Ottawa as a measuring stick?
  7. Dedmon doesn't have a chance IMO since he's barely got any yards from scrimmage. The way a kick returner wins MOP is by dominating on O too.
  8. Yeah I don't know what other QB's would have to do in the next 2 weeks to get close. Most teams probably won't have their QB's win their MOP for their team. I'd say right now: BC- Burnham EDM- Irrelevant, maybe Wilder CGY- Carey, maybe Jorden SSK- Fajardo, slim pickings OTT- Dedmon HAM- No real candidates, maybe Masoli but he will only have played a little more than half the season. TOR- MBT or McCoil MTL- Stanback
  9. I mean he's not in a role to have numbers like he has in the past. He needs to make plays when they come his way, he's struggled at times (like the back to back vs Argos) but for the most part made catches in the 2nd half of the season.
  10. Yeah Demski and Harris are neck and neck for most yards from scrimmage by a Canadian with Oliveira not far behind. Three of top five Canadians in yards from scrimmage are Bombers, Gittens and Schaffer-Baker in there too.
  11. Yeah league leader in 30+ plays too for all the hype Whitehead gets. IMO #2 in MOP race for the whole league, and his own team.
  12. Stanback and that's about it. The rest are Bombers, Lawler. I don't think any defensive players having a big enough season and if they were they'd be on Collaros' team.
  13. The tailback who finished that game is out of Portage La Prairie, Kaiden Banfield.
  14. But the receivers break can't be plant a foot, toss a DB, come back to the ball. That's textbook OPI doesn't matter if the DB hits the turf or just gets knocked off stride. Every player on the field has a right to their space whether they play O or D. Can't make contact like that more than 5 yards off the line. They weren't making those calls all night. Collaros took several late hits, one high one too. One on a scramble he got shoved out of bounds two strides after he threw the ball. Zero calls.
  15. Ottawa has the worst offense by 50 yards and 3.5 points (5 if you knock out Edmonton) per game average!!! Keep in mind Dedmon and their D are responsible for quite a few points too. Horrific.
  16. There's a role for both on offense, and should be even when Harris is back. I liked how we integrated them both, even got Oliviera out of the backfield a bit. Can see them both running, letting Harris play some out wide too. Both more of a threat with the ball than Miller, both can block.
  17. And…not saying the Bombers approach has changed…but…the stakes in this game are absolutely different for each team. Bombers are locked into first place while the Als are fighting for a home playoff game. By the 4th quarter you’d have thought the roles were reversed if you had no knowledge of the standings. Again the opposition for the Bombers felt the wrath and just wanted to get out of dodge intact.
  18. Harris is the CFL's Uncle Rico.
  19. Bleh he's still running up field if you're giving yourself up quit running.
  20. Yeah they aren't what they used to be. Different toppings too.
  21. We might consider using our linebackers as linebackers against an opponent like the Als.
  22. Als up man literally pinned Hallett down to the turf from behind. Can't get away with that one.
  23. More of a chuck than a pass.
  24. Get Demski out of this game he looks like he has a LBI.
  25. That's a horsecollar. Can't grab back of shoulder pads and pull backward.
