Our coverage is so worried about everyone being on the right route that they literally end up covering no one and not reacting to the ball at all. The whole point of this sport is the ball. Obviously this system has worked, but it's not working and this group of players as a team in the secondary aren't up to running it.

I get that they are putting the secondary in a bit of a bind with route combos...but holy **** someone make a play on the ball.

Perhaps the worst single decision is to continue with Vaval returning. Guy has cost them points in most games and is getting worse at reading/catching the ball, then making decisions when the ball is on the turf. If you're making any decisions based on going 1-0 this week, that guy wouldn't be on the roster. I don't know what you'd have to see to move that guy off the roster right now. Want him to catch the punt and then hand it to the first cover guy like he's a running back?
