Did Demski get injured or benched?

Streveler's passing in the 2nd half was great. I don't think Lapo knows what to do with him (or really any QB in this era). Our protection scheme and quick game (screen's especially) need work. Lapo can't do RPO with any consistency, and that's what's needed to really put the D off-balance. We have the perfect QB to run an option passing scheme. Finally adjusted to the pressure a bit at half. Big game from Streveler. Have a hard time celebrating anyone on D, they had a chance to win the game and blew it. On the whole a great game from the D though, especially pass rush.

Think we got reliant on the pass rush there and when it didn't happen we were screwed. Also our LB's could not make a tackle when we needed it most. 2nd and long conversion on the ground.

Bighill and Hardrick both look like they are playing extremely compromised with leg injuries. Give them 6 games to heal and bring them back for the stretch. Both are negative players for us anyway right now.

Both offenses made the drive they needed to make to win the game, ours was too early and we ran out of time.

Sask had 39 yards rushing on final drive, 31 yards rushing rest of the game.

Fajardo took what, 7 sacks and 3 more TFL's? I'd be happy to play him every week as an opponent. I think more often than not we'd get a big play or two off the D for 10-14 points plus all the loss of yards off him.

Banjo Bowl is must win.

Best thing he did was not make a fatal error. With the field position advantage they had in the first half this game should have been over. Riders certainly didn't want to rely on his arm on the winning drive.

Powell ran for almost 30 on that last drive. Albert Awachie kicked Bighill's ass on the big run, Bighill was in the gap Powell went through.

Yeah he looks like my 15 pound cat trying to be a kitten again. Knows what he used to do and knows what he should do but physically can't do it.

Fajardo was awful.

That Demski screwup INT on that hitch screen cost us a FG too. Lots of opportunity to improve.

Bighill just got taken out of that play by a 7th round Canadian FB. Embarrassing.

Useless blitz, and now FG range. Only win with a turnover or missed kick now.

D needs to make the play now. Can't let them in FG range and waste clock.

Yeah but they can tie it with a single and if they give a safety they are still only down 3.
