  1. No. Came into game vs Hamilton and was brutal.
  2. Didn't start any meaningful game, started the last game of 2015 at the dome in Toronto.
  3. Davis isn’t mobile, but he is black so it’s often been stated that way. His biggest weakness has proven to be making a play when he has to move off his first read, he’s definitely a pocket passer, live arm. Ottawa liked him because they can envision him running a pretty standard quick read ball control offense, with a workhorse tailback . It will be interesting to see how that plays out with Elizondo gone and if any RB steps up into Powell’s place.
  4. Disagree on Roh. Only one in his league as a pass rusher is Jeffcoat, but Roh keeps his pads low and gets into his moves before his second step. Jeffcoat is more of a pursuit rusher, great at holding his gap, not as consistently quick into the pocket. Jefferson is a freak but doesn't have a lot of technical skill to get into the pocket, kinda all or nothing, great at reading QB eyes though and making plays on the ball. Either way, Roh isn't going anywhere. Those three are all special players, and all in their prime. Some guy with a speed rush on a bunch of guys who are going to get cut in a preseason game isn't going to take their job. If he hangs around and gets in due to injury and makes plays he has a chance.
  5. Roh is the best pass rusher on the team, also a guy who makes plays all over the field. They aren't cutting reliable veteran players in their prime, they are all-in to win this season. Cut those guys, minus their bonuses and the replacements and you're saving well under $100,000 in real money/cap space. Not even worth it.
  6. 1 point = elite. Sask headed for a "Tim Burke" era?
  7. And the rest of the QBs in the division make Masoli look like BLM.
  8. Guzzo stated in Quebecois media his first move as owner would be to fire all football operations staff. Probably not the best move in the middle of the season, even if they are low competence.
  9. Don't think he's beating out Nelson based on tonight and also the role they seem to have carved out for Nelson in the offense.
  10. Hansen is definitely our international guy. He's pretty good chasing kicks. Also...these ******* recycling commercials, good lord.
  11. Every returner has shown well. Only screwup was Jones, but had a couple decent returns too.
  12. That change of direction by Whitehead is pretty special.
  13. Choudija is pronounced like how JFK would say chowder.
  14. The left side with Baker and Desjarlais was especially bad.
  15. Jeffcoat two deflections this series.
  16. Welp...Jones just separated himself from the pack.
  17. Walters can draft Canadians, Mexicans and Germans.
  18. Stream cutting in and out now....people must be getting on.
  19. Nicest thing is they've all caught the ball in the air.
  20. Sure giving Lawler a look, hasn't caught anything.
  21. Nobody can catch the fastballs he throws though. Only with a catcher's mitt.
  22. Nice return Whitehead. All the returners so far looking decent. Might come down to what they offer on O or D.
