I'd go Ehlers-Scheifele-Wheeler-Laine-Buff or Trouba. Ehlers has great chemistry with those 3 other forwards and none with Little. Still have a pretty good 2nd group with Perreault-Little and Trouba or Buff with Morrissey and another forward.

Crazy that Lowry gets on the PP over guys like Little, Ehlers. The guy to stand in front of the net thing is useless if the guy can't handle the puck and the team can't get set up. Let Wheeler and Byfuglien shift there once we actually have the puck under control. Maurice is over coaching this team. Literally with the amount of talent on this team the PP should be top 5 in the league, top 10 at worst, if he just tossed his 5 best guys out there.

Kanneh also clubbed Nichols upside the head with his left arm before he stripped the ball with his right. Nichols was in the pocket so full RTP rules applied. Brutal and game-changing missed call.

Lankford hasn’t took a ball past midfield in months on a return. If that’s why he’s on the roster that’s even stupider. Lapo loves having a speed guy. Always has. Problem is this guy and McDuffie are terrible receivers who have low football IQ so unless they are running in a straight line they are useless.

And how did they not call/OShea challenge that one for RTP. Kanneh clubbed him in the side of the head then Tracy speared him look at where his head is. Helmet to face mask. Could have overturned the fumble.

Look at his index finger bottom right shot. Like he has 3 knuckles.

I’d bet Nichols has a broken index finger on his throwing hand. It looked pretty awful from the one shot. Thumb and index are the grip.

Almost like there’s a difference between touching the ball 400 times a season and maybe 90.

Ya if you want to go 6 yards at a time when you need 3 scores. Thought his accuracy was alright considering the situation. Had a couple he didn’t step into when the pocket was in his lap but otherwise fairly accurate. At least 3 drops. Decent mobility but had his eyes in the rush sometimes so might have missed someone coming open downfield on scrambles.

Lankford needs to be off the roster now. He brings nothing, in fact often has a negative impact and our roster desperately needs that import spot on the DL if the other option is an unproductive receiver/returner. Either promote one of the PR receivers or get Nevis back on the roster.

Might as well start 2 NI receivers and use that import spot on the DL if Lankford is the best we’ve got. Hasn’t done jack on kick returns in months too.

There’s only 6 receivers dressed. Chances are pretty good he will get some reps.

Washington has one of the most bizarre releases I’ve seen and he carries the ball almost at his knees when he’s running. How many fumbles did he have in NCAA? Would be interesting to see those mechanics in a preseason game against pros.

It’s pretty abnormal for a good team to add guys to the 44/46 this late in the season unless they had the guy before and they are coming back from the NFL. Usually it’s the teams in crisis making trades, Hamilton, Edmonton etc. I wouldn’t mind a move on a receiver or DL though, particularly non-imports.

Roberts was a CFL all-star every season he was a starting running back and the top special teams player in the league in his rookie year. He averaged 2000 all purpose yards for an entire career. Harris isn’t even close to that kind of production. His best season prior to 2017 was 1830.

Roberts no question. And aside from missing a flight as a rookie he never really had any issues that affected the team. Teammates loved the guy. And he was a decent receiver. Offenses are way different now. Harris would take Roberts over himself guaranteed.

That one and the Adams TD both solid examples of why the eye in the sky needs to be able to alert the refs on the field without teams having to challenge. Just imagine if they didn't rule Adams catch a TD on the field. No way to review that. Either let the command center buzz in or let coaches keep their challenge so long as they keep winning them.

Montreal winning that one would be so amazing. Gotta wonder how hot Maas' seat is. Are they just going to lose their way from 7-0 to 5th in the West or try to light a fire there by firing him.

And Lions. Bit more complicated scenario with playing them twice (simple win the damn games I guess) but basically magic number of two for them as well.
