Massive hold on Haba on 2nd and 4 is a penalty too. Chose not to call that. If they want to find it, they can. That's my point. They won't call PI for a guy who quits on his route, but they'll call that interference on a guy who's scrambling full speed at a ball while a guy is standing over it. It was a terrible call. It was an unnecessary call. They are playing for the ball. One guy is moving, the other guy is stopping. It's incidental. If you're going to call it, you better be prepared to call a lot more than they have in this one.

You could parse the rulebook sure, but as an official you have to really be wanting to make that call to throw that flag. Like if he's actually making an attempt to recover the ball and we crank him, yeah throw it . If they called it like that every pass play would be 6 flags on the field.
