The Bombers have a housing allowance for players. I don't know how much but it counts towards the cap.

Riders shed Picard's contract and they apparently had money set aside for Heenan so I assume they have some money to play with. I think with the signings and trades they've made that any money freed up by releasing Picard is gone.

The prices for most of those upper deck seats at BC Place were ridiculous, especially the corners at $288 Imagine the prices for a Grey Cup in Toronto at BMO Field under MLSE ownership................................. What makes you think the GC would be held at BMO Field. It would be at Rogers Centre like it has been in the past.
