You know how hard it is to get a plumber these days?! I've never had a problem getting a plumber (even on a Sunday). Maybe it's just you.

Not an official announcement. They don't make those on the weekend.Who cares about the official announcement...these decisions always leak on Twitter way before the official announcement.Because the tweets are not always correct. Nothing is official until the the team says it. You're stuck in the 80s!! Twitter announced Etch was the Bombers DC like a month before the official announcement. And Twitter said Stubler was going to be our new DC last season. -

I seem to recall there were a number of reports that Wally was upset with the offense so it's hard to say who made the actual decision. -

Riders release; Bombers sign Dominic Picard
Jacquie replied to gbill2004's topic in Blue Bomber Discussion
From what I understand the reason he would only sign with the Stamps had to do with med school. So if he doesn't get any offers from the NFL, has anything changed regarding his situation at the UofC? -
Plus Philip Hunt or Alex Hall will come in cheaper than Odell Willis at this point. If Alex Hall wanted to come back to the CFL he'd be here already. He'll exhaust every slim chance he has at 32 NFL rosters before he locks himself into a CFL contract for 2 more seasons. And probably the same for Hunt, who has the added concern of his knee injury. One season - remember no more option year on contracts.

Yes it is. It was a direct-to-video sequel to Emperor's New Groove. Patrick Warburton did the voice of Kronk in both movies.

No one forced him to take that . And everything you've said about Strombo, MacLean said he heard the same stuff when he took over from Dave Hodge.

Going for gold!!! What a game by Petan.

Ted Wyman @Ted_Wyman Dustin Byfuglien on Ben Chiarot's first #NHLJets goal. "Proud of him. He's really earned it. He's had to go through a lot playing with me."

I was surprised to see there wasn't a thread started yet so better late than never. Jets should be up by more than 4-1. Leafs have really abandoned Reimer in this game.

BMO Field is owned by the City and managed by MLSE. MLSE did have plans to renovate BMO Field to include a CFL-size field but they wanted more government funding and then it got caught in politics. I don't know the current status of those plans. Would be nice if Bluto was around to give an update.

Bombers make $4.5 million payment on stadium debt
Jacquie replied to gbill2004's topic in Blue Bomber Discussion
It helps too that the Bombers aren't paying out the contracts on several past coaches and GM's anymore - everyone now should be done right? Lapo, Mack, Crowton, Burke etc. I think so....actually not sure on Burke. Could there be one more year left with him to pay off? Burke's contract was bought out after he was fired. He's off the books like all the rest. That's how we got Burke as DC. His contract had expired with the Als and he hadn't committed to returning. -

Ironically he was named their Most Outstanding Offensive Lineman for 2014. -
This is the first I've heard of a meeting between the Bombers and Claybrooks. There was a rumour from one of our media guys (can't remember who) that Claybrooks was in town shortly before Etch was fired. This is the tweet by Scott Mitchell of the Calgary Sun that said Claybrooks had been to Winnipeg: Scott Mitchell @SUNMitchell Dec 17 According to a source, DeVone Claybrooks was in Winnipeg recently for a "meeting." #CFL #Bombers

They haven't fire Dyce - he's still listed as STC on their website. And when has Hall ever coached special teams? Does Dyce ever coach ST when he took the job? And do you realize that Hall was a punt returner before? Yes Dyce had some experience with coaching special teams from when he was here. Being a punt returner doesn't mean Hall can effectively coach ST. Making Hall a ST coordinator would be an insult. That too.

Who is doing play-by-play tonight?

that's not the goal we're talking about...it's the wild's third goal Frosty asked about the winning goal and Dee was responding to that post.
