AbouZeid was on the BiD before the stadium project was announced. He resigned from the BoD to oversee construction and they said at the time he would be re-appointed to the BoD later.

Jim Bell wasn't in charge of the stadium project and I don't recall him making statements like Buchko did about the stadium being ready for the 2012 season which is where most of the criticism of Buchko stems from with respect to IGF. IMO Buchko does take more blame than he deserves but that doesn't mean that Bell is to blame either. Bell gave the date of 2012 when the project originally started, hence why the 2011 Eastern Final was dubbed "the last game at Canad inns". Buchko was named CEO 4 months later. But that was a BoD decision. Of which Bell had a role with, no? No, Bell has never been on the BoD. As well, Ossama AbouZeid was acting CEO starting in July, 2011 until Buchko was hired.

Iso, my post was actually directed at your making comments based on obviously incorrect recollections where you basically blamed the victim (calling her crazy, saying you didn't think he did anything) rather than taking a minute to refresh your memory with the actual facts of the case. If you had checked first I have no doubts your comments would have been much different.

There is no lawsuit that can win because someone said something on the internet. That's what free speech is there to protect. Now they could I suppose depending on what was said go in front of one of those unconstituational human rights commissions but those are a whole different discussion that is probably best left alone cause it'll get more than a few people riled up. Libel laws still apply to internet postings. And there are limits to what is protected with respect to Freedom of Expression in the Charter of Rights and Freedoms. Free speech on a message board is a myth - you give it up when you agree to the terms of service that lets the board owner(s) and their appointees edit or remove your posts.

Willy has played quite a bit more than Tate prior to Burris being traded. No Willy hasn't. Tate took over the starter's job for the Stamps for their last 4 regular season games and the playoffs. Burris being benched for Tate was the reason he was traded.

Considering the things Mitchell said when he was traded I don't see how anyone could think he would want to go back to BC. As well, that is not the way Braley, Barker or Buono operates.

Depends on the player - he has released players early (even a year early) so they can pursue the NFL. Martell Mallett is an example.I don't see how Korey Banks is relevant to this. He didn't want to be released - he wanted to renegotiate his contract which, according to Lowell Ullrich, had been done every off-season with Banks.
