As head coach? From what I understand Higgins doesn't want to coach - he wants to be in management. Weston Dressler is a free agent and he certainly is an impact player. Bombers should throw the bank at him. $200,000 + easy. We would have our number one receiver. I wouldn't want to break the bank on Dressler but it would almost be worth signing him just to piss off Rider fans.

Rogers is the largest cable provider in Eastern Canada and they've never had TSN as part of their basic cable package. I can't see this affecting TSN's positioning in Western Canada.

I agree this is horrible news. The League won't change the start date of the season because of this. TSN is losing a chunk of programming from the fall so why would they want to see the season start earlier and have to find even more fall programming.
