I think the play would depend on the situation. Field position, score, time of game would factor into it imo. You might want to fix the typo in your second poll question unless there really is something called a "sreen" play.

Money from merchandise sold at the Riders stores goes to the Riders. Ticket sales for each game are split between the 2 teams iirc (not sure what the split is). The thing is a lot of Rider fans think that when the Riders are on the road that half of the tickets for the game are bought by Rider fans.

I was just over at Rider Fans checking out the delusional posting that is going on over there after reading about it here. After reading one thread in particular it really made me appreciate (again) how great MBB and the mods are. The way this forum is moderated is so superior to RF it ain't even funny. Here the rules are applied fairly (IMO) and when things get out of hand the reaction is swift. At RF, it seems like the rules only apply to posters who are critical of the Rider organization and/or are perceived to be fans of other teams. Anyone who posts anything perceived to be negative is labelled a "troll" and can be called every name in the book without the mods stepping in while the so-called "troll" will be banned at the drop of a hat even when what they post is factually correct. Again, thank you to everyone - admin, mods and posters - for making this such a great place to post.

You know the CFL does not hear the appeal and the arbitration process is set out in the CBA. The incident occurred June 30. CFLPA confirms on July 7 that an appeal was filed. From the CBA... CFL and CFLPA have to provide possible dates for the hearing to the arbitrator. Both the League and the CFLPA have to disclose witness lists, exhibits, etc 20 days before the arbitration hearing. The arbitrator has 30 to give a decision.

IIRC there was/is a minimum salary for PR players but there's no rule that they couldn't be paid more.

I think this incident shows why they have an accountant for a President/CEO. They need someone to figure out how best to doctor the books to hide the money spent. They have lost cap space for this year in addition to the fine. As classic as that was it should be noted that it was a friend of Murphy's who started that particular circus show.

Out of curiosity, how many posters who wanted the Bombers to bring in Murphy the Wonder Boy have a different opinion of him now. He's in this mess as much as Jones.
