Seems to me Alberta was screwed by the previous government.

Alberta created the most jobs in Canada in March, contrary to the expectations of the so-called experts. That sounds deadly for sure.

As if we didn't already know this but here's further proof that Sarah Palin is an idiot:

From the Bombers website: It should be noted that the new jersey is supposed to be unveiled on May 12 in Montreal so I would suspect it will be available in the Bomber Store when you pick up your tickets.

Royal Blue uniforms are officially back!!

Since it was the Bombers official Twitter account I think it's pretty safe to say it was intentional. -

They weren't unveiled. The only thing that's been released are a couple of teaser photos. The Bombers can't show anything more than that until the unveiling on May 12. According to what Wiecek wrote from the fan forum, they aren't even allowed to say whether the road uniforms will be white again or not. Here's another picture: -

What's Gary Doer up to these days now that he's no longer US Ambassador?

I've noticed you haven't made any mention of Trouba or Chariot playing on their off sides.

Have to wonder if these are the same Wall Street pros that got massive government bail-outs after putting the US in a recession.

From CNN: Rest of the article is here: http://www.cnn.com/2016/04/05/politics/george-mason-university-antonin-scalia-law-school-name-change/index.html Personally, I don't think they should have changed it. Based on a number of his comments, ASSoL seems appropriate.

Don Francks died the other day. He was an actor and singer. You might remember him from La Femme Nikita or heard him do various voices on Inspector Gadget. He is also the father of Cree Summer and Rainbow Francks who are both actors. http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/news/don-francks-dead-actor-jazz-880428

1. Unless they are Muslim. 2. According to the stats I've seen there are about 5.6 million illegal immigrants from Mexico in the US (out of 11 million total illegal immigrants in the US). In a country with a population of over 110 million people you don't think the illegal immigration situation is being blown a little out of proportion. 3. Yes, he hasn't said he would nuke them. He just wanted to bring back torture, kill the families of suspected terrorists, etc. 4. And as Anderson Cooper said to Donald Trump when he said that - "that's the excuse of a 5 year old".

I thought teams couldn't buy out contracts anymore - that it only could be done when the last CBA came in. Anyone know if it can still be done? -
I never saw the Larry Sanders Show but I liked It's Garry Shandling's Show.

Both Voyager and Enterprise were aired on UPN (owned by Viacom - then parent company of Paramount) in the States which was terrible for both series although more so for Enterprise. Both would have done better in syndication as they would have been in more markets. CBS Entertainment (formerly Viacom) owns the TV and movie rights to Trek. As long as they make money off Trek they don't care about universes.
-
Mostly StarTrek.com's and a site called StarTrekFans.net. It's been a while though.

Are you sure you're not confusing Voyager and Enterprise. With Enterprise, Braga and Berman have admited they made a mistake having Riker (note the spelling*) and Troi dominate the episode and if they could have done it again they would have. BTW, there were 4 seasons of Enterprise and it sucked that it was cancelled because season 5 would have been kick-ass from what I've read. *I have had the Trekkie pickiness drilled into me from posting a Trek boards for a number of years.

Lawless article on officiating and rule changes
Jacquie replied to Taynted_Fayth's topic in Blue Bomber Discussion
They are essentially voting yay or nay on his ideas. So far they've pretty much gone along with his ideas to the detriment of the game. The Rules Committee is made up "several CFL presidents, coaches and general managers as well as representatives of the CFL, CFL Players’ Association and CFL Officials Association". They suggest rules changes then the BoG votes on them.
