  1. Not my call. Haven't been to camp to see them. Don't have access to the meetings, film, etc. Coaches make those decisions. Coaches make the decisions and you criticize those decisions even though you don't have access to practices, meetings, film, etc.
  2. Brohm must have an attractive personality. I'm pretty sure Bellefeuille's history with Brohm goes a few years back. Woudn't be surprised if there was a bit of a bromance there. Also, the team probably doesn't want to look stupid for trading an asset to acquire him. Bellefeuille had already left Hamilton when the Ticats signed Brohm.
  3. You say that based on what? Penton said Bellefeuille is very high on Brohm, so it's unlikely anyone unseats him as backup. Penton has said that the coaches are very high on a lot of players. Doesn't mean the coaches have a bromance with them.
  4. Good call. I think if we signed him now his contract would be guaranteed for the season. So maybe the Bombers give him a look once the season starts, if Stoudermire's injury lingers and if none of the in house guys look good...What?Players on the roster to start the season get some type of guarantee. That's why teams often sign guys right after the season has started. I believe Romby Bryant was an example of this last year. Some guys have roster bonuses, but nobody's contract is guaranteed until after the 9th game. They get paid per game if on active, reserve or injured list, so teams might time signing guys in a way to avoid paying them a game cheque in-season.Why did the Bombers wait until after the season officially started last season to sign Romby Bryant? It was contract related. Yeah it was contract related as in he was under contract to the Argos. Bryant was one of the last cuts from the Argos TC and then signed with the Bombers less than a week later. No that wasn't it at all. Argos cut Bryant. We then brought him in for a tryout/look, but I recall Oshea saying we wouldn't officially sign him until after the season begun.Link?

  7. Especially with the game at Varsity Stadium.
  8. I just tried and got this message too:
  9. That is so cool.
  10. Maybe Paredes didn't want to try. He has never made it to free agency.
  11. Lawless was interviewing someone from the Jets about this a few months ago when they first announced it, and he said capacity would go up by maybe 200... Maybe not even that. The Sun said 278 seats. People in the first row of the 300 section will have first dibs on them.
  12. From the Argos, TC Family Guy style: https://youtu.be/AN_bvyqsK-8
  13. dabizz posted this at TEP:
  14. Paul McCallum's "personal matter" is an aversion to running. No, it was the HC's aversion to Canadian kickers: From Lowell Ulrich's blog: http://blogs.theprovince.com/2015/06/04/lions-ask-mccallum-to-retire/
  15. Better be careful. Nate is quoting you at RF.
  16. After reading riderfans for the first time in a while, he clearly is trolling these boards. I assume he was the guy that was just banned since only he has so much time to post long winded nonsense. Lyle at RF is Nate.
  17. No they did not.
  18. Your numbers are off I believe. There can only be a total of 81 wins, and here, there is a total of 82 wins. His numbers are correct. Now cue all the Saskatchewan math and counting jokes. It is 81, you're right. I must have clicked the wrong button. The calculator on Windows 8 is such a pain in the ass because it has its own full window. Always have to switch between chrome and the calculator. You had to use a calculator?!
  19. Penton said he thought Richards was "sore". And Penton would know as much about it as a fan would since no one from the Bombers said one way or the other.Pretty sure Penton has conversations with players, coaches and management that aren't official interviews. In fact I saw him doing this today.Official or not, coaches and players are not going to talk about injuries with reporters during TC.

  21. Just curious how you know he was just "sore and tired". O'Shea said he needed the day off but coaches are incredibly closed mouthed about injuries during TC.
  22. Grande....now how would one hypothetically view this "stuff"? You have to download the Periscope app to your tablet or smart phone. I called it "stuff" because I don't know what he's uploaded other than something about Markus Howell being fired up for TC.
  23. I think Penton has some stuff on the Periscope app. And thanks for the updates.
  24. I thought Seattle had an NBA team They had a team - the Supersonics - but they were moved to Oklahoma City in 2008.
  25. Is Ryan Reaves there too? I read he was at rookie camp one day watching Jordan.
