  1. Yeah oshea might have flipped on the seat warmer but he's got lots of rope left.
  2. Well did they not find a replacement or were the special teams just not very good blocking for returners ? Cause every guy they put back there looked pretty much the same.
  3. 2021 was the year Lawler earned himself a 300k per year pay day...
  4. Jake Thomas wouldn't take the heat he does if they didn't deploy him like he was 2001 era Doug brown.
  5. I think walters did start that process last season. He's talked in the past about how you can't do it all at once but how there needs to be that turnover. I think after 2022 and they brought nearly everyone back he wasn't even totally convinced on that course but did it anyway.
  6. Oh I dunno, walters is patient but not oblivious. I don't think he’s going to sit on his hands this offseason given some of the issues that have come up. He isn't a knee jerk type but 2 grey cups with similar problems and the poor start to the year and general offensive inconsistency I suspect he does ask for explanations.
  7. Which is why I said trust the GM. Part of his job is keeping the coaches in line.
  8. You're wrong. So trust the GM to get it sorted....
  9. Maybe go back and re-read since clearly you've missed the point...
  10. Where exactly did I say we can't criticize or question?
  11. I'm not saying spend big... but nothing stopping them from finding a young guy who can play the position.
  12. Credible rumors? Because those two have been leaving every offseason for the last 3, 4 years according to rumors.
  13. I wouldn't be married to Jones at linebacker... he did a nice job and illustrated how far bighill has fallen but I think you can do better there but if not Jones can be solid.
  14. Well if Tim Burke had got the team to 5 straight Grey Cups that would be a great comparison.... Burke though is a better reason to be cautious on just firing someone because you want change after a slight step back. Same as firing Dave Ritchie and going to Jim Daley. Or Doug Berry to Mike Kelly. Team has had a **** ton of success lately. You don't start making whole sale changes just because they came up short in the big game. It starts with some fresh blood on the roster, maybe some smaller changes in the coaching staff, some fresh ideas. Kyle walters has earned a heck of a lot of trust at this point.
  15. You're really entitled as a fan eh? We get it, you want a nice public flogging of the guy but that's not going to happen. We just gotta trust that the gm of the team knows what he is doing, and considering we have played in 5 straight Grey cups I am inclined to believe he does.
  16. Yeah we all know what you think. When oshea says look at the tape that he is really saying is "I'm not answering that question" Yeah we all know what you think. When oshea says look at the tape that he is really saying is "I'm not answering that question"
  17. Go back and look at the tape is basically a "handled internally" response.
  18. Argos had one chance of pulling off a win in 2022 with their backup qb after the starter hurt his hand.... Bottom line collaros with a numb index finger and a glove wasn't going to win.
  19. Jesus christ, 5 stitches to a finger and he played... never should have been allowed to go back in. Might not have mattered in the end but no way you can expect him to throw in that condition
  20. And the time to move on was last offseason when we could have kept Dru Brown. Collaros too over paid, too inconsistent and too poor in Grey cups.... that won't get solved by sliding in an overpaid, inconsistent, poor playoff VAJ.
  21. Yeah i don't get it as whiny from Brady. Guy was asked why he didn't see the ball more he doesn't know. It's fair for players and coaches to dissect what happened and run through the what ifs.
  22. They're just cranky because they don't have their favourite sippy cup.
  23. Knowing him probably something self important.
  24. On the flip side, a team that has been in 5 straight Grey cups obviously something is working well. Some of y'all are way too worked up. So.e changes need to happen but it's not as bad as all that.
  25. Lapo needs a handler to make sure he doesn't just play to not lose or I'm not interested. Also if you're bringing lapo in you can't go with collaros at all. Worth noting we made 1 grey cup with lapo as the OC and 4 straight with Pierce. I'll listen to arguments that Pierce has maybe gone stale and we need a change.... but we've been there done that with Lapo so many times I'm not interested in seeing that again.
