    Everyone was new at their role at some point. Just make sure the people doing the hiring can recognize the qualities in a candidate that will make them successful.

    I don't know that we should be immediately unhappy with an internal hire. None of us really know how good or bad an internal hire would be. I just hope they do some sort of search.

    Dickenson as GM is just a bad fit. Think he’s a very good coach but as a GM not so much.

    Was going to ask you gents about your thoughts on Dobson at C. I know they've tried him there in preseason a bit... honestly I'd give serious consideration to 3 Americans on the OL.

    Did he though? Maybe OL but those receivers in Montreal are better than what Nichols was throwing to here.

    I don't hate the comparison... but imo Nichols was better. Also a way better attitude.

    It's almost like he's not that good of a quarterback and he only gets chances because teams are desperate...

    It's a poor situation for Streveler. He didn't get a lot of chances to play before getting hurt and will he be ready to start the year? Doubtful... and then you're potentially looking at some options like faj or mbt or maier McCheese being out there as veterans.
