So they are going to go with the "he was a rookie but he's learned now" strategy.... won't work, trump hasn't the humility to admit to mistakes and his biggest problems are the most recent ones.
Show trial to appease the masses.
If only there were something, as president, he could have done to improve the countries response. Oh well. Poor Trumpy, always the victim. Why does the universe keep screwing him over like this?
"I don't take responsibility at all"
"I don't stand by anything"
"When I look at myself now and in the first grade I don't see much difference at all, the temperament is basically the same"
So yeah occasionally there is some truth from him.
Yeah and I'm not attacking you, I'm just saying that saying what they were 60 years ago is pretty irrelevant. It's as pathetic as the Republicans who like to go on and on about the party of Lincoln. When you have drifted so far from that path there is not point it clinging to it.
So apart from Nixon's criminality (and I believe there were some silly buggers being played with regards to ending the Vietnam war as well) it's all good? Also, Reagan started all the trickle down economics bullshit which is basically class warfare with the 1% looting and pillaging from everyone else.
So if you're going back to the 60 to find the last time the Republicans were half ways decent you're looking at 60 years ago!
well the picture predates Trump's presidential run I am pretty sure on that, but I have no idea if the sign is photoshopped or not. I know it's been around the internet for ages.
Yeah it's impossible to watch everything all the time, best we generally manage watching live is a couple stand out plays here and there.
Most people recognize that they're doing that.
Then you had guys like gbill or whatever the **** he called himself would see things completely differently from reality and get pissy when called on it. Good times.
That is a bit dismissive. Religion is important to a lot of people and that community they get in church is a big part of their life...
Now that being said churches are about the worst place to loosen restrictions. Old people, lots of close contact... yeah everyone has to make sacrifices to keep things under control and that means finding alternate ways to express their faith.
What I remember about that year is there were a couple other receivers that everyone seemed to be really hyping up and no one on the message boards ever talked about Denmark. Except Ed Tait I think was usually listing him as a standout in practises. Lo and behold it was Denmark who made the club because of that consistency as opposed to the few flashes that stand out in people's minds.
That is such bullshit. Anyone enabling him in any way is complicit. Let him make bad decisions, perhaps it will force the senate to actually do their jobs and hold an out of control president accountable.
