probably the fact that provincial governments have no money since a common tactic for the Feds is downloading costs onto provinces. I mean maybe Alberta would throw in some cash if the Edmonton team called themselves the Oilers and the CFL started tweeting about how climate change is bullshit and oil and gas is just the best thing ever, but short of that....

I am not surprised given what's gone on this summer, but it sucks. Football season is one of the best times of the year and not having it just leaves the summer feeling incomplete.

Having as many years as a consultant as I do I can assure you there are tons of "bosses" out there who are dicks to work for, but they are successful (some, not all). Sometimes employees are guilty of not seeing the big picture and just assuming they're hard done by when in reality they are not.

Get some earlier games when they actually let him touch the ball occasionally for full effect.
