  1. It's not lately. He's done that exact same thing his entire career.
  2. I think he knows quite a lot, I think his problem is 100% as simple as he won't make the tough roster calls and take his guys out for the good of the team. It's sad when it happens, but he settled into too much of a comfort zone with some players who obviously can not get the job done anymore.
  3. at very least throw him in for a series when the O is bogged down just to shake things up. "we've tried nothing and we're all out of ideas" seems to be this teams mantra this year. the bighill thing at the end of the game, that's a guy who knows he's playing like **** trying to make a statement, unfortunately for him he's still playing like **** and now just looks like an idiot. Hopefully the league suspends him so we can stop watching him make an ass of himself trying to tackle.
  4. Collaros started to slide last year a ton and Brown was better than he was. If not for Oliveira taking over late in the season people wouldn't be surprised by COllaros this year cause it started last year.
  5. is he? or do our coaches just not take Collaros out unless they have no choice? They didn't use Streveler for anything besides short yardage early in the year either. he only got to throw a pass after Collaros was hurt.
  6. Yeah last game was really the first one collaros was making a concerted effort to get the ball out quickly. That's what they gotta do until the OL settles down.
  7. He was good in the one game he played last year too. But getting to the main point of tonight.. **** Saskatchewan and their stupid fans so so so much.
  8. Swapping returners just seems like playing with fire... At least Jones and garbutt on is a positive
  9. Honestly I could see Wilson being a good receiver in this league. His problems the first few games were totally mental. He just flat out couldn't make a play on the ball. If he is over that what's stopping him? No obviously if he goes back to looking clueless as to finishing the play then sure he's on the bust pile, but why be negative now? He's over the rookie jitters, sky's the limit.
  10. Did we all under rate guys like Hurl and Hecht too? Cause it was the same **** with those types before as well. This is a flaw that O'Shea has shown from the beginning here. Sometimes he puts guys in positions because talent isn't everything.... yet the team rises to new, impressive heights when the talent is actually played there.
  11. I don't believe they need to carry 7 ol anyway... I mean the biggest reason before was to keep Eli and Dobson on the active roster and not lose them... but is it the best use of the roster? I doubt it.
  12. I hope so but man I am skeptical... bighill was allowed to play in the grey cup when he had no business playing, not sure even as bad an outing as he had last week is enough for oshea to change course on that particular player.
  13. If Jamie stoddard was an absolute unit...
  14. To me Clercius is just going to depend on what role he winds up in. He becomes a favored target sky is the limit. Huge dude with solid mitts... that could rack up a lot of yards.
  15. I am hoping for a 2019 style thing where they added some pieces towards the end of the year that really solidified things.
  16. Missed tackles were a huge issue, but it was mostly bighill and Alexander... and something tells me it won't be those two losing reps because of it.
  17. It is though because of the lack of succession planning. Been a couple years now bighill has shown a decline, that they haven't even bothered to have a replacement grooming behind him is a huge issue. With bighill and Alexander it's just a total "this is fine" mentality from the coaching staff. Well it's not fine, dude is worse than he was last season and that's a problem.
  18. None of which helps when guys easily run past them. Might as well not be on the field if you can't get to where you need to be.
  19. Kramdi would be fine if we needed that final starting Canadian spot... but as is we've got plenty of "fine" players to fill that role and still use 3 of them. And by that I mean we have 3 or 4 "fine" Canadians taking starting spots rather than just using one of them
  20. history suggests otherwise... Hurl, Kuale, obviously washed up Bighill.... other than getting a prime Bighill on his return from the NFL middle linebacker has been an issue for this team, and prime Adam Bighill is no brainer stuff.
