Not the point! You can't say no big deal when it's no big deal precisely because we valued people's health over money.

WE ARE TAKING UNPRECENDETEND STEPS TO CURB THE INFECTION! YOU CAN NOT USE THE NUMBERS AFTER TAKING STEPS AND THEN SAY IT WAS NO BIG DEAL!!!

Yeah give it a week and a half I guess it is and he'll be 22 months.

You truly are a dumb ****..... Here let me show you why this is pure idiocy. Humans and chimpanzees share 96% of their genome. Must be practically the same species! You want an example of something that shares about 80%? Cows. See why that is crap logic now?

If I can't see it it's not real! The man really is a toddler. My 21 month old son has better cognitive abilities than this dipshit.

Is the sky in your world green?
  9. 17to85 replied to Rich's topic in General Discussion
    Quite easily.
  10. 17to85 replied to Rich's topic in General Discussion
No he isn't the post you put the link in you said justice prevails or something along these lines.
  11. These days.

It is insanity how anyone, even a troll, can argue against this bottles the mind. The amount they have to move the goal posts is surely exhausting. Who has that kind of time or energy?

So let the courts decide that and dismiss the case because of it. You did say you wanted everyone given due process no?
  14. 17to85 replied to Rich's topic in General Discussion
Even reading the document it's even stupider than that. He wants to withdraw his guilty plea, ok let him have his day in court and let justice prevail... except here comes the DOJ which says "nah we don't think they can prove it so we are going to just drop it" In what world is that justice? Barr is the judge of everything now?
  15. 17to85 replied to Rich's topic in General Discussion
The man plead guilty... twice.... isn't this about justice? He is guilty, he said it himself. Basically your argument boils down to "they dug too far, should have stopped sooner before they found his crimes"
  16. 17to85 replied to Rich's topic in General Discussion
I agree, so why is the DOJ going against fair practices? Doj is not supposed to be about politics. Justice is blind right? Can you honestly claim they are being impartial?

yet you support the filthiest muckiest swamp creatures and instead complain about the flies buzzing around the top. Makes sense. Yes clean up all the corruption, but start with the most corrupt.
  18. 17to85 replied to Rich's topic in General Discussion
It sure is clear, rules for thee, but not for me. The DOJ under Barr has done nothing but shield Trump and his cronies. If there is any justice in the world they will all be thrown in prison for their actions.

Because it totally pwns you libs! Take THAT! TEACH YOU TO CARE ABOUT ANYONE OTHER THAN YOURSELF!
  20. 17to85 replied to JCon's topic in General Discussion
Sadly they have no shame in being hypocrites.
  21. 17to85 replied to Rich's topic in General Discussion
It's stupidity through arrogance. The entirety of the Trump mafia have never once had to face consequences so they don't believe in them. Corrupt actions like this only reinforce their notions that they are above the law. I do not care which side of the political spectrum you sit on, this blatant and obvious corruption and abuse of power is appalling. This is how dictatorships start. Except it's usually someone smart and capable pulling it off, not a gaggle of idiots falling ass backwards into it because it helps the selfish rich people steal more public money.

Yep, the people who scream the loudest about needing guns to protect from a tyrannical government are quite happy with the Republicans acting all authoritarian. No what this comes down to is small weak individuals who need to feel powerful by having a gun.
  23. 17to85 replied to Rich's topic in General Discussion
I always chuckle at the projection these people engage in.

The confederates haven't changed. Perhaps they were playing the long game. They are effectively in control of the whole USA now.
  25. 17to85 replied to Rich's topic in General Discussion
It's pretty galling. But republican voters are complete sheep. They rage against the coastal elites all the time so naturally their lord and savior is a billionaire from new York who lives in a tower and sits on a gold toilet... I just don't understand the mental gymnastics people go through to justify their racism and bigotry.
