The injuries definitely suck... but I don't think it's as dire as all that. Really just need the coaches to smarten up with how they build the roster. That happens or it doesn't. If it doesn't then Kyle Walters needs to ask some hard questions of the coaches and go from there. These guys will not be content losing every week I know that much

Well you should have a 6th OL on the roster, the problem is they have 7 of them and give Jake an emergency ol number. It's a dead space on the roster to have Wallace there too. The real big issue naturally is that Eli is flat out better than kolankowski to my untrained eye. So why do we handicap our team for a guy who is really a nobody...

Yeah you can't just ask why Eli isn't starting, that will get the non-answer. Need to ask something to get more details. Like what makes kolankowski the better option to start? He still won't answer but it's harder to bullshit away from that.

This idea that because kola stepped in and was OK as an emergency injury replacement so therefore he should keep the starting job is without a doubt the single biggest roster issue O'Shea has. Like before the vaccine stuff Eli was ahead of gray on the depth chart. You're telling me he's worse than that now? No ******* way. Guy is a road grader every time he comes in so why the **** are we using a weakling centre?

Oshea has always had some blinders for certain things... the problem now is that he isn't able to move on from this group that had oh so much success. Thomas should at best be a token backup, bighill we should be in full on transition mode from. Ditto Alexander. Jefferson you can keep fine but you need to recognize you need depth to help him rest and be at his best. It's not 2019, it's not even 2021 anymore. You can't ride those old guys like you used to.

The coaches build the game day roster, the coaches decide who is on the field... how is this not a coaching issue?

First series Collaros did that stupid thing where he tried to pull the ball out of the running back too late again and it cost them. He needs to process things quicker.

I think a lot of the problems with this team are summed up thusly, you either die a hero or live long enough to see yourself become the villain.
